A very nice host and a clean place made for a pleasant stay in Plovdiv!

Very gracious host, good air conditioning which was very necessary, and a nice clean place!

The location was a bit odd but we got to experience a true residential area of the city which I can appreciate.

Poor

The apartment was not located at the address stated on booking, so the house is far from the city center about 15 min. of walk. The owner claimed weird excuses for that. In addition, the room is small and it was supposed that there were two beedroms in total in the house, but we found only one. In addition, we were asked to make a deposit for entering in the house saying that it was mentioned on booking, but it isn't stated. Finally, although we agreed with the owner of the house the time for the check-out, he showed up about one hour late. The apartment doesn't worth the price asked.

The property is extremely overpriced (340 euro for 2 nights), dirty and small. The explain that the address on booking s

we were not hosted in the same apartment and the host claimed weird excuses. In general the property was not located far from the center and the singing fountains (aprx.15min walk). The building had an elevator and the apartment had a balcony.

Not only we were not hosted in the apartment from the booking site, but also it was not as described. It was a dirty, dusty place, not used for quite some time, with no kitchenwares. We were 4 adults and had 2 small and dirty towels. The property on booking is supposed to have 2 bedrooms, while this one had only 1. The description on the website is poor and misleading.

Hi , the place exactly on the pictures, very nice and clean flat, staff very helpful... If u are planning go to Plovdiv, strongly recommend that you, that's the best place to stay, don't miss out... Where shall I start... First - the adress is fake. I went there, I called - it turned out there were two different places, but none was on the specified adress. And both were not in a good direction. Then I received 30 minutes to get to the location. The place was old, cold and with some suprises in the fridge. I doubt the vodka was the breakfast. The host said he was having a lot of work on the next day (maybe normal for the 31st of December) so I should leave the key behind that box. The host never said sorry or whatever. And when I asked him about the adress, he just said - well, it's close. Yeah, sure.

The goat was very wlomif and friendly, everything is very clean to a high standard the facilities are also all in great working condition, close to train and bus station, easy walk into the center plenty of stores close by

Arnaque !

Le propriétaire m'appelle au dernier moment et me donne une adresse différente de l'appartement choisi ! L'appartement était très éloigné du centre-ville, dans un quartier peu agréable. Nous avons donc été attirés par une adresse en centre-ville avec de jolies photos d'un appartement moderne, or rien ne correspondait. J'ai donc signalé la situation à Booking car il s'agit visiblement d'une ARNAQUE. Faîtes attention !

Nimic. Totul a fost sub nivelul asteptarilor. Nu corespunde raportului pret/calitate.

Nu este locatia de pe site, apartamentul se afla la alta adresa, proprietarul m-a lasat sa ajung la locatia indicata pe site. Dupa ce l-am sunat, mi-a trimis o alta adresa la care , bineinteles, dupa ce am ajuns, proprietarul a intarziat 30 minute. In apartament foarte frig, exista doar un aer conditionat ca si sursa de caldura acesta fiind pozitionat in camera mare. Unul din paturile de o persoana scartiie infiorator de tare, nu se poate dormi in el. Restul...atasez foto. La plecare proprietarul mi-a oferit un discount la o eventuala revenire contra unei bune evaluari pe site.
