Fantastic tidy and cozy flat in the heart of Plovdiv.

Lovely, very tidy and beautiful small flat near the old town. Location is good, communication with the host was smooth, all questions answered. It´s hard to find a parking in Plovdiv, but the host sent a map with locations. Awesome. New beautiful flat, some amenities, like water, coffee, cookies. Lovely place. There was even ice cubes on the fridge, which by arrival in a hot day was more than fantastic. Location is excellent, all interesting spots within walking distance.

The only, and I mean the only thing I missed was a small oven too cook some eggs in the morning. But there are plenty of shops and restaurants 50m away. All good.

Perfect stay in Kapana

The apartment is a good size and located right in the centre, so it's easily walkable to the main sights and right next to loads of restaurants/bars in Kapana. Despite being by a main road, you cannot hear anything while inside and the aircon in the bedroom works to cool the whole apartment.

The property is located in the prime location of Plovdiv and you can easily see old town . Multiple restaurants are nearby. The apartment is clean and tidy. We can get a beautiful view of old town from the window of the apartment . Good instructions were given in pdf for the parking spots

The property doesn’t have any lift which makes it harder for families with kids as they have to climb till 4th floor. No dishwasher or washing machine is provided if you want to stay longer. Also they have hot plate kitchen which makes it difficult to cook. Although the property owner has given instructions about different parking spots it’s hard to find a parking at those locations . It would have been great if they have dedicated spot reserved for the apartment.

Amazing

The location was quite central and in between old and new city. You can wall all the touristic and other attractions, supermarkets, restaurants etc. in 2-3 minutes. I strongly recommend it. Collection of the keys are very easy and practical. The landlord was quite quick and positive to respond our queries. They accepted our request for earlier access to the property for free. The flat is quite clean and new. Furnitures were new and comfortable. Everything was first class in the property.

Perfect location in the Kapana area, very cozy and clean apartment! It is fully equipped with everything needed, with A/C in each room. The host is very polite and answers on each request very quick. Definitely recommend it!

The apartment's location is very convenient. Between the Old Town and the centre. It was clean and tidy. The communication with the host was on spot; swift, helpful and very polite.

The bathroom was small with limited space for toiletries. Our apartment faced the boulevard and was naturally noisy.

Lovely apartment. It's clean, good wifi, hot shower, comfy bed. I'm always happy when coffee pods are provided! Also found water in the fridge. Good communication with the host. This is in a perfect location for the restaurants and cafes and also a short walk over to the old town. I recommend it!

No milk, not welcoming stairwell, locked door in kitchen was weird, dark entrance, shower was ok - wet everything including the toilet paper.

A nice small apartment 1 min from lively Kapana

The location is absolutely perfect: in 1 min you are in the middle of the lively Kapana with its restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment itself is rather small but comfortable, with a fridge, sofa+tv, good internet, comfortable bed, air conditioning. A lockbox is used for key handover, which makes check-in really comfortable.

The parking situation around the apartment is really bad. After 20 mins of cruising around I ended up parking next to the river, 15 min walk away (and still paid zone on weekdays). Only one set of keys. Ok for couples but could require coordination among friends. Windows facing quite a loud street.

Very nice and spacious apartment in a perfect location in Kapana district.

The apartment is really nice and spacious. It had everything one would need - oven, fridge, sofa, two bathrooms, two big bedrooms and one sofa. The location is amazing as well. It was clean and nice, the host was also very kind and helpful.
