Bang in the city center with free parking!

Location was perfect, right next to everything we needed, lots of restaurants, less than a 5 minute walk and you're in the old town, supermarket less than 5 mins away. Free parking available, which is hard to come by right in the cite center as most roads have restrictions. Host was clear on how to enter the property and response time was quick. In the winter you may want to talk slippers as flooring is made from marble.

The bathroom had a horrible smell of sewers, even though we left the ventilator on throughout the whole time.

Superb

Superb location, close to central bus stop as well as Kapana, the city center, and the Old town. Super convenient for walking around. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an older building. There are some steps, but not too many. Friendly and welcoming host, great communication. The apartment must have been recently renovated, so it feels very new and clean.

The apt. building is a bit old, and some of the neighbors smoke, so there is a residual smell in the hallway. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice place which could be perfect with a little time invested.

Great location and a fantastic host! The apartment has everything you might need, even for a longer stay! There's free parking in the vicinity (5 min walk) if there's no parking spaces available directly on-site.

It's a bit run-down which is a shame since the things are an easy fix. It seems the owners are not that invested in fixing the problematic areas (eg. the toilet seat wiggles, the towel racks are half broken and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell coming from the sewage).

A very nice stay and would stay again next time we go back to Plovdiv. Many thanks ( Big Smile ).

The place was nice and big and very clean, a bit hard to find but after a phone call a very nice young lady came and meet us, showed us around and how and where everything was. The place has all that you need for a very nice stay there is a local shop the other side of the buliding and turn left about 500 meters and has your daily needs water, milk, bread etc with a very helpful lady serving.

No English TV or Internet TV, some sockets loose- Kitchen where the kettle was and in the bedroom in the conner the one with the balcony. The bathroom has a small leak under the toilet and the shower has no where to hang the shower head and because of the amount of fittings it would have been good to have had some instructions for it.

Hopeless arrangement to access

Location was excellent

Getting access was a nightmare. I got 8/9 calls asking me about time of arrival. The bus from Sofia broke down which I explained constantly. I was given wrong directions in pouring rain and darkness, eventually the host came after 15/20 minutes to collect me. The apartment is fine although many small features don't work. The shower is a mystery and a mess. On leaving, no-one answered the the phone so I had to leave the keys inside.
