It is a very nice apartment - spatious, clean, nicely decorated, in a very good location (as central ar it gets, you walk 2 min to Kapuna).

The shower system - the shower area is not delimited at all, and all the water goes in the whole bathroom, no matter how attentive you are. And when there are 4 persons to shower (2 of them kids...) it’s kind of inconvenient to mop the water in order to be able to enter the bathroom.

Probably the best booking I’ve made in 15 years of using the site

Location is perfect for a stay in Plovdiv, with all the key places within easy walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, buses and…. culture and history….all within metres. The apartment is amazing…..the design so well thought out and tastefully furnished. It’s light and airy even though on the first floor in a city centre and, being low down, access is easy (only a couple of steps). With one bedroom with a double and the second with 2 large single beds, it will suit different combinations of guests. The mattresses are really comfortable. There’s all the equipment you could need, plus extras you might not have thought you needed. All the furnishings are really good quality and spotlessly clean, as is the whole apartment. No, there isn’t free on-site parking, but this is city centre and I’m sure the host, who was really quick to reply and helpful with my questions, can advise on the best place to get paid parking close by. Finally …price. What a change to find a place that isn’t being greedy and loading the price because of location. It’s really good value for money and I wish them success……I'll be booking SP Urban Apartment for any of our friends and relatives who visit in the future.

Disposable 'hotel slippers' would be a great touch as tiled floors are cool if you haven't remembered to pack socks or 'slides'

The best apartment in town!

One of the coziest, cleanest and most convenient and well equipped appartment I have visited for my whole booking history! The location is 10+ , the host is great, the area is super nice, no neighbor problems, the rooms are sparkling clean, the kitchen equipment has anything you can think of, the balcony is big enough to feel comfortable staying there, the rooms are spacious and sunny, the host left aome treats, sweets, coffe, tea, mineral water and whatever else you need to feel at home... Everything in this appartment is just perfect! For car parking, although it's blue zone and you need to pay, there were enough places to park in the 5-minutes-from-home area, the zone was 8:30-18:30 and you can pay for the whole day at once on the parking machines or by sending 10 SMS in a row (no need to wait for an hour to send the next) for total 20 BGN.

That we couldn't stay more :)

Апартаментът на живо е много по-хубав! Много уютен и със стил обзаведен. Нови мебели и интериор. Изключително бяхме изненадани от гостоприемството и отзивчивоста на домакинката! Упъти ни за всичко,от което имахме нужда. Отговори на въпросите ни изключително любезно и дори ни беше оставила малки подаръчета,тъй като бяхме по празниците там. Леглата бяха много удобни,с нови матраци и беше изключително чисто всичко,на което аз лично много държа! Рядко съм така впечатлена от престой някъде
