Excellent stay

The apartment was very good, providing all the amenities a family needs. It was also clean and easily accessible. I give excellent marks to everything but also to Mariya who responded promptly to all our questions and requests. The only point that could be improved is the bed mattress, which was a bit hard.

Nice apartment in a great location, but some flaws to be addressed

The apartment's strong point is its location, just steps from the old town and offering a splendid view. The spaces are more than adequate, especially the spacious living area and balcony. The apartment has been recently renovated and the furnishings and finishes are well-finished.

The garage is small; many modern cars would barely fit, especially since the entrance is partially blocked by a tree stump. The cleaning was not done carefully. We accidentally found several food scraps under the sofa. Finally, the owners demanded the balance of the payment be left in cash at the apartment (and therefore without any receipt or guarantee), despite my insistence on paying by card or bank transfer.

We had a wonderful stay!

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and friendly, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

A gem in the heart of Plovdiv

The apartment is very nice, bright and clean. It is furnished with all the equipment needed even for a long stay. Everything was as on the pictures, including the beautiful view to the hill and the gorgeous old houses. Top location but on a quiet street. Excellent price for all this and the rest that I for sure miss out to mention... There is also a garage, if needed and a lift in the very well secured building. The hosts were very kind and helpful the whole time. They were always answering quickly to my questions. Shortly after making the booking, I received full details of how to get inside the apartment. The self check-in is such a comfortable method, especially when one doesn't have specific time of arrival. I definitely recommend this lovely place and for sure is my new favourite one for my future visits of Plovdiv.

Exceptional

The 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for a family stay. We had 4 children with ages varying between 6 years and 6 months. The facilities were excellent and could not be faulted. Although there was not a microwave (the kitchen area is quite compact), the oven/grill worked perfectly and more than sufficed. Also, the 1 bedroom apartment did have a microwave so if you book both apartments like we had, it really is not an issue. The washing machine was great and a small box of washing powder can be bought from the Billa supermarket which is less than 10 minutes away. The Old Town is located a stone throw away. Beware it is very hilly and it is all cobbled roads - not suitable for pushchairs etc. There is also a children's playground just near the entrance to the apartments.

Absolutely fantastic

It exceeded our expectations, a huge apartment just across the road from the Old Town. Clean, modern, comfortable, and everything you could need even for a longer term stay. The sofa bed was very comfortable and brilliant to have a full kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment block felt very safe. The hosts were lovely and helpful, and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing is that the mattress on the bed could have been more comfortable, but that is just personal preference.

- It is really central, it's a short hike to the old town, Kapana and the city. - The airco is a big plus during summertime stays. - It's really clean, and everything works. - You have basicly everything you might need, like a oven, microwave, iron, blowdryer, washing machine etc.

- Really thin walls, you can hear the people that live next to you. - A better placement for the airco would be the bedroom I think.

An apartment with a nice view

We liked everything. The check-in process was very smooth. The apartment is spacious and the view from the living room is truly amazing. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed. It is a pity we stayed in Plovdiv in November and could not enjoy the balcony as much as we would like to.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe it is better to be warned that the (short and nice) walk to the heart of the old city goes up some relatively steep cobblestone streets. But this is probably you come to Plovdiv for, so you should not be surprised.
