New and well-designed apartment with a perfect view of the area.

Excellent location. New and well-designed apartment with a perfect view of the area from the 6th floor. Well-equipped kitchen.

Νo curtains in the living room, even though there is a sofa that can be used as a bed. Not clean enough (it's not pleasant to find someone else's hair in the shower). The bathroom gets wet easily. No air conditioning in the bedroom; however, the unit in the living room is strong enough to cool the entire place. Some food should be removed from the cupboards. A small bin in the bedroom would be a useful addition.

Perfect in Plovdiv 🧡

Loved everything! The location is perfect and the apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view is stunning and lets you enjoy the city even when you're relaxing at home. The apartment building itself feels like an authentic Bulgarian experience with its architecture and style. The host is responsive and helpful, and we'd definitely recommend this apartment to visitors of Plovdiv!

EVERYTHING WAS SO PERFECT THAT WE ARE PLANNING TO GO TO THE SAME CITY AGAIN IN 2 WEEKS!

First of all, I would like to point out that as a middle-aged traveler couple, we have traveled to 14 countries countless times; We have stayed in many houses and hotels. This is our 2nd trip to Plovdiv and we understood how important accommodation is. 1) The host, Mr. Chetinyan, answered our numerous questions 1 week before and throughout our trip, very politely, explanatoryly and quickly, without getting tired. The contactless chip and encrypted entry to the house was secure and practical. 2) From the location of the house, the heart of the city without traffic, 90% of restaurants, bars, cafes and touristic spots can be reached in 3-4 minutes on foot. Also "It was a lot of fun for us and our 9 year old son to plan delightful walks to the spots we chose, such as fishing from our balcony" :) 3) The bathroom (shampoo, shower gel), toilet, beds, sheets, towels and pillows, the floor of the house, the kitchen balcony windows, the entrance were immaculate, even from our own house. "My wife and I even tried to clean it up to leave it as we found it before we left" :) 4) Coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, television, refrigerator, kitchen utensils were very useful and clean. The internet was super fast, the water was very hot and pressurized enough. We were so satisfied with the accommodation that we will book and travel to plovdiv again in 2-3 weeks to experience the same pleasure. We admire all respectable people who do their job well, to stay again as soon as possible.

There might be cloth slippers at home, but it could pose a problem in terms of hygiene. It would be better if you could bring it with you. "nothing!"

Lovely view from our apartment. Easy to use the air con for colder weather. Great shower. Some films in English on the TV.

I really liked it all but when we arrived the outside of the building is shabby as are the lifts but once you get to your apartment you are pleasantly surprised as its so modern.

Just perfect. Amazing view from the balcony. Close to restaurants in Kapana and the old town. Very clean. Comfortable furnitures and you have everything you need. One of the nicest apartments we stayed at in Bulgaria and comparable to other EU accommodations.

Wonderful stay.

We have stayed in other places in Plovdiv both hotels and apartments over the last several years. So my base for comparison is vast.Excellent hosting that values privacy. We booked last minute due to unforseen changes. Prompt and clear communication before and during stay. The host was very kind to accomodate our requests. I would like to thank them again. Lovely view from balcony and bedroom. Clean and feels spacious. Better than a hotel. And has what is necessary for a self catering stay. With a large shop close by anything else is a 5 min walk. Also with Kapana a street away - cafes and restaurants and bars are plenty. My son loved the space. I saw other reviews mentioning the boiler noise- I am a light sleeper and with bathroom door closed no noise at all can be heard. It's a brand new boiler. The common areas of the building are old but clean and safe. Also not an issue and in a way it forms part of the local charm and character of the building and how people live.

The location is super, and the view is excellent, it's enjoyable just sitting on the balcony. Easy access to all of Plovdiv, and a communicative host.

I agree with some earlier reviews - the boiler did make a strange noise after using the shower for a while, and there was only a hand towel provided.

Cute appartment with no host

The appartment is very nice and comfertable. The location very central and the view from the balcony is beautiful.

We booked a place with paid parking and couldn't really use it- we arrive at 20:30 and apparently the parking lot was locked. We were advised to try in front of the bilding but first it wad full second it is a place at eight in the morning we need to move the car . When I asked the host if he have another places which he recomend to look in he said no.so we came prepared to park in a paid parking close to home and instad went around to look for space and trying to understand where is it allowd to park. Secondly there was no information about the city or a person whom we can ask questions. It would be nice to have in the appartment a map of the city or something.

It's Lovely on the Inside

Location is great. You can easily walk to all the major sites. Plus, took a walk around the river on our first day. So much good food and even a grocery store nearby. The outside of the building is hideous and you question your decision until you get into the flat. But, the flat is massive, with a great view. Incredibly comfortable. If you stay a few days, it's got enough kitchen things to make simple meals. Beds are comfy. Had an aircon which came in handy on night #2. Never met the hosts. They just gave check-in instructions via message but it was all in order and easy to follow.

Was really hard to get a taxi to our bus from this location. We had to basically chase one down a side street after waiting 20 minutes. Dozens all passed by but they don't stop. Even with the taxi app. (Just be warned, not anything against the host.) Not sure if this is normal but the water heater made terrible, loud noise for hours in the evening after our showers.

The building is very old but the apartment is nice and spacious, it just lacks a few things, such as a curtain in the living room so if you are sleeping there you will wake up with down. There are no curtain in the shower so it is very messy.

Превъзходно място, отношение и локация

Мястото се намира в самото сърце на град Пловдив. 1 минута ходене и сте на Капана, още 1 минута и сте на главната пешеходна алея. Мястото има разкошна гледка от терасата както и абсолютно всичко необходимо за един апартамент - печка, микровълнова, кафе машина, хладилник, ютия, сешоар, прахосмукачка даже, маса за гладене и много други. Наистина едно прекрасно място и със сигурност ще посетим отново!
