Plodviv is a city with a special charm, we will come back with love !

The location of the apartment is very good, it is located in a quiet area a few steps from the banks of the Maritza River and a few minutes from the city center, it has very good sound insulation, access by elevator or stairs and very importantly it has its own very well-protected parking. The apartment is equipped with everything you could want to spend a comfortable stay in Plodviv. Everything exceeded our expectations, we felt wonderful and we will return anytime with pleasure.

I have nothing to complain about, everything was above expectations.

Overall, we were not satisfied. The rating definitely does not reflect the reality.

The location is very good, location, new building, parking space available - but that’s where the positives end.

The place is not well maintained – there were cobwebs and dirt in the corners, the mattress in the bedroom was extremely hard, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very poorly maintained, with a worn-out cabinet and a rusty shower system. Several nozzles were missing from the shower head, so the water stream was very uneven. Very strangely, the TV cables were hanging out in the middle of the living room.

Very clean apartment at city center. Provided parking lot at building premises. New building. Nice terrace for morning coffee. Very kind host. If we are to visit Plovdiv again, hopefully it will be same accommodation.

It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Its position was within walking distance of the old town. Private parking was great although a tight squeeze.

Close to old town, withing walking distance. Insulation is good, no sounds and not cold. Well equiped. Parking area is on the smaller side, but good for Plovdiv. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Thanks a lot for the stay! The apartment is completely new and very clean. This was the second cleanest apartment we've ever been. For families with small kids this is most important. The apartment is situated north-east, so it is perfect for the hot summer of Plovdiv, but not optimal for the winter time. There was enough toilet paper and kitchen paper, which is also great and normally not the case. A little bit more kitchen utensils and extra blankets would be great. Otherwise, there was everything you may need. Perfect free wifi and great private free parking. There is an air-conditioning which functions quite well (a little bit noisy in the sleeping room), but for the winter it will be better to have also another heating. Especially in the bathroom there should be a separate heating otherwise it is quite cold. Also a shower cabin will make it much better, otherwise the water from the shower runs in the whole bathroom. Very easy and uncomplicated check-in and check-out!

Beautiful, modern flat which has everything you need if you’re travelling to Plovdiv

The flat is clean, modern and very well arranged. The coffee machine and extra coffee pods were a very nice touch. The flat comes with its own private parking space which is very important if you’re travelling by car. The check in and check out process was super smooth and detailed instructions along with pictures were sent to us prior to arrival. The location was perfect as it’s a walking distance from the town centre and from our relatives and friends. Altogether, we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing !

The apartment is really well equipped with nice furniture, really clean and with plenty of nice touches (little water bottles, snacks, cottons..) the host has been amazing to us, really arranging, even let us use the car park for a little longer after the check out time so we could visit the town without rushing, and always making sure we were at ease in Plovdiv. I would 100% recommend this place or go back if visiting town again.

The apartment itself and all the extras such as parking, communication, location, etc. were just excellent, I could not complain about anything. I’ve never seen such a clean accommodation. The place is easy to find. And the lady who met us just in front of the door and provided us with all information needed was very nice and helpful. I would come back for sure.

The apartment is recently renovated, in a relatively new apartment block. The host was very friendly and welcomed us to introduce the apartment and give us the key. You have all the necessary facilities in the apartment. It is located close to the center, in a quiet area and has a beautiful view.

- Идеална локация - на около 5-7 минути от края на пешеходния мост и гранд-хотел Пловдив - Наличие на паркомясто (включено в цената) - Обзаведен с вкус апартамент с тераса - В близост има голям булевард, но апартамента е достатъчно навътре и е напълно тих - В моя случай - посетих Природо-научния музей. На пешеходно разстояние от около 20 мин. - Невероятно отзивчива домакиня - в деня на пристигането си получих детайлна инструкция за ключове, паркомясто, локация (придружено със снимки)

Всичко беше отлично (а аз съм взискателен към местата, на които почивам). Нямам от какво да се оплача.

Öncelikle otopark çok sıkışıktı. Özellikle 1 nolu park alanı çok sıkıntılıdır. Apartmanın içi modern ve iyi ancak daire bununla uyumlu değildi. Dairenin eşya seçimi ve dizaynı 9 puanlık değildi. Örneğin, balkonun cam kapısında perde yoktu. Karşı apartmanlar ise son derece yakın mesafedeydi. Televizyonun önüne yemek masası konulmuş ve TV bu masadan daha aşağıya yerleştirilmişti. Adeta ekran görünmesin diye dizayn edilmiş hissi uyandırdı. Banyoda diş fırçası, sabun ve şampuan gibi malzemelerin konulacağı bir raf dahi yoktu. Havluluk çok yükseğe aşılmıştı. Havlular sayı olarak yetersiz ve temiz değildi. Üç kişilik aileye iki gece için sadece iki havlu konulmuştu. Çarşaflar da aynı şekildeydi. Fotoğraflardaki soğuk içecek ikramları ise yoktu. Yalnızca iki adet kapsül kahve vardı. Onu da kullanmadık zaten. Bu arada 4 nolu daire için söylüyorum, balkonun üstü açık. Yağmurda oturmanız mümkün değil. Son olarak Booking.com'da paylaşılan konumdan farklı ve daha uzak bir konumda yer alıyor. Niçin böyle aldatmaca bir konum paylaşılıyor ve Booking.com da buna göz yumuyor anlamış değilim. Özetle fotoğraflardan farklı ve puanını hak etmeyen bir yer. Bir daha tercih ya da tavsiye etmem.
