Have washing machine. Good cooking amentities. Staff is good in providing instruction to site.

Quite far from attraction. Room not as per advertised. I got old bed with bed bugs, resulted in itchy skin throughout my stay :( No clear sign for the premise, difficult when you reach at night

Excellent value

Spacious so everybody could be away from each other if they wanted some alone time (we were at a festival, so quiet time was important before going to a noisy festival). AC in every room (living room included) so we didn't fry when the noon sun hit. Always having hot water because we'd spend most of our days in the dust and would shower twice a day. Stores are nearby and the Old town is attainable on foot. Actual beds where 4 people can sleep (most of other accommodations offer couches).

No parking space on the street, so ask for that private parking spot in advance, it's worth it! Internet was barely working (slow), so I hope you have a mobile plan and don't overrely on wifi. Regular TV offering Bulgarian channels that are almost all overdubbed so not much entertainment if you're not a native Bulgarian(smart tv would solve the issue). Thin walls so we could hear our rowdy neighbors, but we weren't in the apartment often, so it was only a problem during the night. There is apparently a central ventilation shaft as we could smell other people's cooking.

A favorite place to work from in Plovdiv

Best Guest Apartments are now my go-to location in the summer when I need a place to work from in Plovdiv. This time, I had the one-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, so I had a lovely view from the balcony. The WiFi is fast and I could even work from the balcony. I like that I'm now able to pay by debit card instead of only cash as it used to be before. Communication with the hosts is easy and immediate, so I knew when to arrive and that someone would be waiting to give me the keys. The apartments are not in the city center but close enough, and I would simply walk to and over the pedestrian bridge to get to the more central areas. That's a 15-20 minuted walk.

Good looking without living up to quality expectations.

Nice new building in a quiet, yet communicative place. Nice balcony. Good communication with the hosts.

The general perception from the bathroom was that it is not well maintained and very clean. There was a strong smell of food, coming from the ventilation. All furnishing and appliances were among the cheapest on the market, and were already showing signs of aging. The bed had awful steel springs in the mattress and was not very comfortable.

Super great value for money!

Everything was great. The location is super good. Everything is available by walk. The attention and the service of the team is excellent. The place is very clean and have everything you need for staying for few days. Great value for the money.

The sofa in the living room is not really a sofa. It’s just a bench with sort of pillow on it, but still can break you @ss if you sitting on. Also some small things, like glue leftovers on from the old signs the door. It’s really not important but catching the eye ;) But still 10/10 because of the other great things!

Perfect apartment for a comfortable stay

Very nice apartment, walking distance from downtown. Modern decor, lots of sunlight during the day, comfortable table for work.

The room was very dark at night and could use some maintenance: new lightbulbs, declogging the shower, sharpening the knives.
