Apartamento Violette OLD Town Plovdiv

Very comfortable apartment. Very well equipped and spacious. They even left detergent and fabric softener for laundry. The location was close to everything, especially Kapana and the Old Town. The A/C worked properly, and the Wi-Fi was excellent for work—very reliable. I took multiple meetings from there without any issues. The shower had very good water pressure and was spacious. No toiletries were provided, but this was clearly stated in the listing. TV was working perfectly, so we watched multiple World Cup games!

The check-in process is a bit annoying. The host asks for documents via WhatsApp or email, which I really did not like. It was a bit of a hassle at the beginning, but we worked it out. Hosts should understand that guests do not know them and may not feel comfortable sending personal documents as casually as if they were sending an emoji. This process should be improved.

La propreté du logement qui laisse à désirer. Le micro-ondes par exemple était immonde. Jamais nettoyé. Un seule poêle, pas de casserole. Le canapé lit est très incontournable. Du bruit, du bruit et du bruit.
