Excellent location

We very much enjoyed our three-night stay here. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything you could need or want to see. The apartment was very spacious for our family of three. Everything was clean and worked properly. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building nor the elevator, which are relics of the Soviet Union era, as the apartment itself is very clean, in great condition, and well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would happy stay here again if we ever returned to Plovdiv.

Great apartment in a wonderful location.

The apartment was very nice, and so close to the historic area, old town and pedestrian area. The apartment building is deceiving with an old exterior but the apartment is great and the location is wonderful. Don't be put off by the exterior. We walked to all the historic sights and the old town (very close). We also went the other direction on the pedestrian mall, across a river to different shopping options. Really a great location.

The parking was tricky, but the careful description to get into it was "spot on" (a picture of the bollards you drive past would be helpful. We found a couple of parking spots but were blocked in now and then. When another spot opened, we moved it to a place where there would be less chance of being blocked. There is constant movement of cars, so making a move was possible.

Location. Size. Parking lot, there was a free place during the weekend. The only thing that is missing is a coffee pot for domestic coffee. There is a coffee machine for espresso but not a coffee pot, but everything else is excellent .

Great location and facilities

The shower head was too weak, we couldn’t make the oven work and doesn’t have designated park spot even though says free parking. Should be updated to free parking (if spot available)

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle ville

L’entrée dans l’immeuble ne donne pas une bonne impression mais l’appartement est super. Confortable, propre et bien équipé. La douche est très spacieuse. La literie est un peu usée. Le balcon est sympa. La climatisation fonctionne bien et il y a des moustiquaires. Attention si vous parquez devant l’immeuble car pas toujours facile de repartir

Izjemna lokacija, izjemna čistoča, popolno opremljeno stanovanje (tudi brezplačni higienski in kozmetični produkti), pralni stroj, likalnik in vsi mogoči ostali pripomočki, varen parking v parku pred vhodom (med vikendom je pred hišo zmeraj dovolj prostora za parkiranje, med tednom pa je v neposredni bližini dovolj varnih plačljivih parkirišč - po normalnih cenah), zelo ustrežljiv in neverjetno prijazen gostitelj, ki odlično govori angleško.

Svaka soba ima klimu.

Parking jako los. Terasa je velika ali kada upekne sunce ne znaci nista. Posebno odvojen toalet od kupatila za kupanje. Jako losa ventilacija. Jastuci malo preveliki (visoki za vrat). Lift jako klaustrofobican.

Огромный суперкомфортный апартамент у пешеходного моста

В апартаменте есть вообще совсем всё, что может понадобиться путешественнику. Полотенца-посуда-стаканы - это естественно. Большой удобный балкон - это здорово. Паззлы, детские игрушки и настольные игры - это замечательно. Одноразовые бритвы, ушные палочки, салфетки для снятия макияжа и аптечка на все случаи жизни - это просто потрясающе. Локация - 100 из 100, ровно у пешеходного моста через Марицу. Две спальни как на фото, и гостиная непроходная, то есть в ней тоже теоретически можно спать. Если поехать компанией из трёх друзей (или двух друзей и семейной пары) - все прекрасно разместятся. Апартамент огромный и очень красивый, очень. Обязательно вернусь.

Из этого апартамента совершенно не хочется уезжать. Хочется пожить так ещё месяц-два!
