Good location, but very poor hygiene and no communication

The apartment itself was cozy and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a great location close to everything. The floors and bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

The kitchen really needs better cleaning — the countertops, sink, and tiles were greasy, and most appliances (including the stove, microwave, and coffee machine) hadn’t been cleaned properly. The kettle had limescale, and the fridge seemed to have been turned off, which caused a water leak overnight. Fortunately, we only used the coffee machine, though we had to wash its water container thoroughly first. There were some hairs on the bedding and cushions, and the towels didn’t smell very fresh. The air conditioners and windows also need a deep clean, and it was quite noisy at night. Communication could definitely be improved. The phone number provided wasn’t helpful — we didn’t receive a reply until the next day, and our later messages about the issues were never seen. Overall, the apartment has potential, but the cleanliness and communication need serious improvement.

Very comfortable, very good location, excellent value for money

The property was well furnished, very comfortable and warm, and in a very good location. We did not use the cooking facilities at all so cannot comment on them. The instructions for collecting the keys were very clear.

Despite the double glazing there was a lot of traffic noise from the main road outside. Thankfully I had taken some earplugs, and would advise future guests to do so.

Mi è piaciuto la vicinanza al centro,che avesse 2 bagni,ma solo uno con la doccia ,materassi e cuscini comodi

La pulizia,nei bagni puzzava di fogna,lo scolo della doccia vicino al wc praticamente bagno allagato.Biancheria non bianca ma colorata ,non mi dava senso di pulito ,anche se gli asciugamani profumavano, Copripiumino corto ai lati ,uno dei due rimaneva scoperto.Consiglio un accurata pulizia generale comprese le tende che puzzavano di fumo .

Апартаментът беше на отлична локация и процесът по настаняване беше лесен и удобен. Домакинът ни беше безкрайно любезен и комуникацията с нея беше много лесна. Апартаментът беше чист и просторен, имаше всичко необходимо. За нас беше удоволствие да отседнем там!

Имаше една връзка ключове, а бяхме трима и не беше особено удобно някой да излезе да се разходи до късно понеже другите го чакат, за да му отключат входната врата на сградата :(

בגדול חוץ מהריח באמת שהיה בסדר גמור

שני חדרי שינה נפרדים. קרוב למרכז. הוראות ברורות.

הריח מהשירותים והמקלחת היה בלתי נסבל. הייתי בהמון חדרים בחיי בכל היבשות, הריח בדירה הזאת היה באמת יוצא מן הכלל. זה מאוד פגע בהנאה שלנו מהדירה היה מאוד קשה לשהות בה שלא לדבר על לאכול בה. זאת כנראה בעיה ידועה כי יש דלת כפולה בין השירותים לסלון אבל זה לא באמת עזר. קראתי כבר ביקורות על נושא הריח אבל באמת שלא תיארתי לעצמי שזה כזה נורא. בדיעבד לא היינו לוקחים את הדירה אם היינו מבינים כמה נורא זה יהיה.

Gute Lage, schlechte Ausstattung

Die Lage ist gut, nach an den unseren Lieblings Restaurant und ca.20.Min zu Füßen vom Zentrum.

Die Ausstattung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten in den Zimmern Bettbezug nur für 2 Personen, bedeutet je Zi.nur für einen Person... statt für 4 Personen. Im Schlaffzimmern waren keine Nachttischbeleuchtung. Keine Bügel im Klamottenschrank. Für 54 Personen gab's nur 1 Teetasse und 2 Espresso Tassen.....Katastrophe Nur Bade-und Handtücher haben wir genug gehabt. STICKIGE LUFT. Die Wonung hat nicht überall offenbaren Fenster.

Casa molto carina, accogliente e grande, letti comodi e divisione degli spazi molto funzionale. Uno dei pochi appartamenti disponibili a questo prezzo ad avere due grandi letti matrimoniali. Perfettamente equipaggiata con tutto il necessario sia in cucina che nelle altre stanze. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici o semplicemente a piedi Abbiamo trovato in casa un kit con alcune capsule del caffè e delle caramelle e 3 bottigliette d'acqua che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Due bagni a disposizione Condizionatori in entrambe le camere e negli spazi comuni Appartamento super consigliato per visitare plovdiv La proprietaria ci ha anche dato consigli e istruzioni su dove parcheggiare in maniera gratuita.

Non c'è un parcheggio sotto casa purtroppo anche se al terzo tentativo abbiamo trovato posto in una delle strade che la proprietaria ci ha gentilmente consigliato e dunque non è stato un problema.

No pudimos abrir la ventana del salón con lo que ventilar fue difícil. Los aires acondicionados son muy ruidosos. Como hacia mucho calor era necesario tenerlos funcionando por la noche. El descanso se hizo difícil.
