Sweet and Cozy studio stay

We booked it last minute and the hosts were there right away to hand over the apartment. they are wonderful people. We stayed in the small studio but it was built in such a way that we had everything we needed and it was very cozy. It made our stay amazing because we were travelling by car and there is a good parking on the streets of this safe and quiet neighborhood. It's about 10 minutes walking from where all the hustle and bustle is and you can walk in different ways there depending where you want to go.

comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area, but still close to the main sights of Plovdiv. you have everything u need, even if u plan to cook up a storm.

the bed was comfortable, the location was great — not in the tourist area but 10-15 minute walk — the WiFi was the best we’ve had in Bulgaria and the host was very responsive.

Very nice, feels new inside

Very nice place, good location, clean & well provided with kitchen equipment. As will be noted from the size given in square metres it’s not a big space, no separation between sleeping area & living space, dining & cooking. But a little balcony that feels like you been in a different room Feels very new, like it’s just been refurbished. One warning; the idea on departure was to leave the keys in the apartment, the room locks automatically behind but the people in the next apartment had locked the outer door of the shared entrance from the corridor, if I hadn’t have checked first I could have been trapped in that one-metre-squared as my bus left without me. Just something to be mindful of at the end of your stay. Enjoy the place. I did !

Good value for money

Everything about it was ideal for us. Mainly the value for its money. It was a small apartment but equipped with everything necessary. There is a small kitchen area where you can cook, a washing machine, a small terrace, and a tiny table which fitted perfectly while we still had plenty of space to move around.

It's not the best place to stay throughout the day. Best move around in the city, because it was 10 minutes away from the center by foot. The apartment's sheer size was tiny, but perfect for sleeping and getting something done on your laptop. But not ideal for spending your entire day in that tiny apartment.
