Ładne, ale niezbyt czyste studio

Not bad location in Plovdiv. Elevator in the building. Apartment equipped with a hair dryer, microwave, and TV. Towels and bed linen were clean and freshly washed. Friendly, easy-going host. Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth.

Cleaning was careless – surface-level tidying, but dirt in every corner (as shown in attached photos). Hair dryer damaged and making worrying noises. No curtains or blinds, only a see-through sheer. Parking listed in the offer turned out to be just a public spot indicated by the host. No trash bin in the apartment (only a bucket under the sink, but it was full of cleaning supplies).

It has very nice river view and it is near to the city center.

The apartment is with excellent location. The only bad thing is that the balcony is literally on the Maritsa Blvd and it is very noisy all night long. We couldn't get any sleep. Cars are passing by all the time.

Excellent experience, new apartment in a new building amazing view to river from the balcony the host is very nice person he even sent me pictures from nice places in the area the apartment is around 1.5k from the main street (around 2 USD with a taxi) also excellent WiFi, thank you friend.

I didn't stay at this place in the end because of personal reasons. However, I would like to add that the owner was great and very responsive on the occasions when I emailed him and then phoned him: he responded super quickly and was super nice. Really liked his way of being. Lovely person!

Pet-Friendly студио с много добра локация

Собственикът на студиото е много отзивчив и внимателен. Студиото е с прекрасна гледка към река Марица и много добро местоположение. Съпругата ми и аз бяхме с малкото ни кученце и си прекарахме отлично.

Предпочитам чаршафите и калъфките за възглавниците да са поставени в гардероба отделно от завивките.

L'appartement pourrait être mieux

L'hôte est très accueillant et arrangeant. Place de parking gratuite à proximité du logement.

Le logement nécessiterait un bon ménage (poussières, salle de bain pas très propre, vaisselles sale). Le manque de rideau occultant est dérangeant ainsi que la lumière automatique qui s'allume en pleine nuit. Une petite plaque de cuisson serait la bienvenue.

От всички места, които сме посещавали, в България и чужбина, това беше най-лошото, на което сме били! Мръсотия (дори от предишните наематели), липса на долен чаршаф, липса на тъмни пердета, мръсна посуда, неработеща лампа в банята, разбити вратички на мебели.....и т.н. А паркинг? Никакъв шанс! Нямахме търпение да съмне и да си тръгнем! Съжалявам следващите "печеливши"!

Magnifico apartamento con vistas al rio a solo 15 minutos caminando del centro en lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Zona segura en edificio tranquilo. Muy recomendable.
