Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment with everything that one may need. I liked that it had so many windows and a couple of balconies. The apartment looks brand new and is built using quality materials and equipment, much more than a tourist rental, you can easily live there. We had a couple phone conversations with the hosts, they were very polite and attentive.
Almost nothing. It was a bit tricky to set the temperature of the shower. The switch for some of the living room lights is outside of the room, so finding it was a quest.

Clean, design, facilities, amenities, comfort, communication, generosity and competing price.
The laundry machine had an issue with unlocking the door after finishing the cycle. The only solution was to take out the electricity plug to reset the lock mode, wait 2 mins, then return the electricity plug, then the door unlocks.
