A good option if you look for an accommodation for 5 and a pet in Southern Plovdiv

The view and the spacious terrace were charming! The property is run by young people who do their best to develop their business in the Bulgarian reality. Location was just optimal for our family of 5 as we visited also relatives 5 minutes away. Would be glad to rent it again next year.

Some spider nets just above the entrance and in the kitchen and very difficult to find a parking space in the evening. The property was on the 7th and last floor in a big building, so people with walking difficulties should take that in account.

Nice, simple apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace

Great location close to markets and cafes. we chose this spot because it was a short walk from my brother and sister-in-law’s apartment.

There are a lot of stairs (8 flights), which was fine for my young family, but fairly exhausting for my older mother (especially with luggage!).

The apartment is nice and renovated and has everything you need. It was clean (not the cleanest place I’ve seen, but it was ok), the balcony was exceptional.

I wouldn’t recommend though if you are traveling with small children, as it situated on the fifth floor without an elevator and in the apartment itself there are two floors with very a steep staircase.

Some unpleasant surprises

It had everything we needed and the terrace is really nice.

Lack of elevator and 5 stories is a bad combo if you have a lot of luggage, there was a forgotten pizza in the microwave, the kitchen utensils were not very clean, the shower water pressure is quite weak, there is a working chimney in the middle of the terrace that makes everything smell like smoke, finding a parking spot is tricky - I actually got a surprise parking ticket.

Great roof-top apartment not too far out of central Plovdiv.

Excellent host arrived at the property within 10 minutes, helped us take up the luggage, and showed us around. The roof-top balcony is SWEET and would be a perfect location for a small party or a good night with a few friends. The apartment itself is well decorated, well-refurnished, and really cute.

No elevator, so it's 5 flights of stairs up and down every time you leave. The location is about a 40 minute walk to the city center, although taxi's area easy to call by phone.

Eine wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns richtig zuhause gefühlt.

Die Dachterrasse ist schön und groß und sonnig. Und, welch Wunder, im kalten Frühlingswind zieht es da oben gewaltig! Trotzdem haben wir den Ausblick genossen.
