Good apartment but not spa one

The studio was beautiful and comfortable.

Please exclude this accommodation from the list of spa places! The spa facilities are not part of the apartment property! Even though they are included in the cost of stay the spa is in Pulse fitness which in the building 5 min way from the hotel. If you don’t have a problem with that be informed you need to take your own robe and towel (if you don’t want to pay 19lv per towel) for the spa as the apartment will not provide you with such. For us this was a big disappointment!

We first got the studio apartment which is horrible because: 1. the noise of the elevator is sent very loud. 2. the elevator arrives to floor 10 only... After discution with the reception we got (for more money) other apartmant which was nice. Poor breakfast never take the studio apartment in the 11th floor.

Needs a vibe improvement.

The spa over the road is nice, the breakfast was good. The penthouse was an unexpected quirk we enjoyed.

Slightly strange and overly boisterous body builder security hanging around in the foyer who made my partner feel uncomfortable and didn’t come across as gentleman. Inexperienced staff on reception, broken unusable blinds in the room. Lift in the room that service staff unexpectedly arrived in which was shocking for my partner. This hotel has a strange synthetic vibe that is not warm or welcoming at the moment. The lady on reception was professional and friendly and but after telling the trainee receptionist what we had from the mini bar he called a cleaner to check the room to validate what I was saying, not a premium experience at all. It’s a shame as this could be a nice hotel.

This property got huge initial investment. There is no management. No experienced hospitality stuff. Just young people trying their best. It’s not their mistake that this place is not the VIP it wanted to be.

Unique hotel in surprising Plovdiv.

Very unique, two storied guest room on top floor with nice panoramic views. Rate includes access to next door fitness center/spa- one of the nicest we came across during our trip. Staff allowed early check in and tried to accommodate all our needs. We really liked Plovdiv and would stay again.

No baggage storage facility although they did make exception for us.

Perfect hotel for your stay.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, with all the facilities we needed. The terrace was fascinating and enormous. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back again.

Mediocre at best

The location is perfect - next to the train station, close to downtown. There is a large parking The view was beautiful if you can manage to see it. Large rooms.

You couldn't close all the blinds or open them all the way up to see the view There was a cable, wrapped in duct tape in the middle of the living room. There was a funky smell from the bathroom The AC and fridge were particularly noisy When the toilet flushes the water sprays outside of the bowl The restaurant and room service working hours are not mentioned anywhere. Shockingly there are specific rules against drugs, laughing gas cylinders (!) parties and noise in the corridors BUT no mention of the elevator landing in the room and how it's secured from random people entering. Had to test it to feel safe. We waited for 30 min for room service, we ended up going down to the cafe where our food was sitting lonely on the bar, with no staff in sight. It was cold and there was ONE plate for all 3 of us. The building is confusing, there is rarely any marked fire exits, even the restaurant is not marked on the elevator buttons. The staff is absolutely clueless at best. There was a bottle of wine left out of the fridge staged as complimentary, but it turned out to be part of the minibar, luckily we asked first. I'd say somebody created a hotel without any clue how to run one and what hospitality entails.

Amazing

The property was absolutely incredible. I have only ever been to a single other hotel which was as good as this. Very large, very comfortable, amazing view at night

Shower was clogged but there was a backup clog so it wasn't a problem. That's literally the only negative thing for the whole experience

Beautiful room, but not very helpful staff

Very spacious living room and bedroom. Nice kitchen too!

Hot water didn’t work, and there was no security box. When I told them there was no hot water, they said that was impossible, because the staff would have checked it after cleaning. Then he accused me of tampering with the hot water heater! I was very frustrated by the conversation. After 2 or 3 maintenance visits, they fixed it and it worked the rest of the time. They brought us a security box from another room. All good after that.

Rooms are very large and well presented. Everything seems clean and new.

A great experience at a great location to walk into the central area of town and explore Old Town.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

The spiral staircase was a little "challenging" for "senior citizens". And the staircase has some cracks showing so needs to be looked at by maintenance staff. Kirchen could be a little better equipped.

The staff were lovely. They were helpful and very pleasant. They wanted our stay to be good.

The oven didn't work. The boiler kept shutting off (so cold shower one morning). Dark in the utility area because the light bulbs needed replacing. Nothing that can't be easily remedied.

Comfortable but with a few unpleasant surprises.

The room was very spacious with a balcony. The shower was very powerful. The breakfast is served in a cafe in the same building (good toasted sandwiches and omelettes). They do not serve breakfast on Sundays and you can only pay in cash.

There was no washing machine, although space for one. One of the reasons I had chosen this apartment was for the washing machine as we were travelling around the country. No furniture on the balcony. Mini bar not topped up. The main dining area of the apartment not well lit. The worst thing for me was that they would not keep our luggage for a few hours. We checked out at 11 and had a train at 4pm but were told no left luggage facilities. It is a huge place and they claim they are a 5.star establishment so I was surprised that they were not accommodating. There is no left luggage at Plovdiv train station!

nice place but be prepared

nice location, friendly staff, parking, good apartment for two couples.

room design could be overwhelming and outdated kitchen should have cutting board, not broken corkscrew, second knife. all plates and glass’s are by four, it would be better by six. No paper towel 🧻n the kitchen for the start , no two or three dishwashing tablets actually the whole kitchen set up needs done improvement other than that it is a lovely modern place close to the old city. highly recommend
