I wouldn't go back to this flat and would not recommend to anyone who goes to Plovdiv.

Location is great as it was central.

The flat is managed by a management company. They were responsive to the messages but the messages were not helpful at all. It was all a bit laboured. Facilities were poor. There is no dishwasher in the flat we stayed (level 3, no 4) and the kitchen didn't have hot water so as you can imagine washing the dishes was not fun in the winter. There was no microwave so you can't qucikly heat something to heat. There was no hair dryer even though it is stated as a yes in the facilities. The water in the shower was luke warm and the pressure was low. Also the house shakes when you walk. The sheet in the bedroom was stained and the pillows had hair on them. The guidance to enter the building wasn't available and the flat manager kept saying they have a technical issue but no solution provided like sending it via email. I have had to ask specifically so that we had it before we went to the door (A very basic thing anyone would expect from a paid accommodation. To be able to enter easily to the accommodation you paid). Their pack refers to a whatsapp number but it doesn't exist apparently when I asked so misleading information in their welcome pack too.

Главный минус - очень шумно. Все окна на загруженную трассу, 50-60 дБ с открытыми окнами, 20-30 дБ с закрытыми. Мне понадобились беруши для сна. Слышно соседей сверху. Другие недостатки: - Санузел приподнят - спотыкаешься ночью. - Запах новостройки (формальдегид и др.) при закрытых окнах. - Выхлопные сотен машин ежечасно.
