Perfect place to stay at the heart of Plovdiv

Second time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. Everything needed for a long stay, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, comfy beds and pillows + a private parking space, which is a huge bonus. On top of that the staff of the company managing the property are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

I will definitely book it again when I visit Plovdiv

We liked everything: - the location was perfect, just a small distance from the main square, but the street is quiet - the building is new and well maintained - the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - the beds and pillows - very, very comfortable! - the host had left not only coffee capsules, but also capsules for the washing machine and the dish washer (not that we used them, but it made a good impression) - a special plus from me - separate keys for lights and fan in the WC! - the communication with the host was good

Fabulous place

Everything was perfect!!! Great, new, luxurious place with private parking near the city center.

Mattress comfort is highly subjective, so it doesn’t affect my rating. For reference, I’d rate this one a 2 on a scale of 1 (super soft) to 5 (very firm); I prefer 4–5. :-)

Wonderful

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed — kitchenware, bathroom essentials, etc. It was very clean. Upon arrival, we even found coffee, water, and a small gift in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. There was also an umbrella left for rainy days. With the host’s clear instructions, finding the building and entering using the code system was very easy. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the city center, so we could explore everything on foot. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely choose this place again.

Spacious, new apartament, fully equiped. We spent there just one night, but it's a perfect place for a long stay.

Parking is small, and it might required from the guests to move their car, so others can left the parking. It wasn't our case though.

Great location. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The host responded fast to our requests and questions which was great. They were quick to fix the parking spot issue (someone had parked in our spot) which we appreciated.

Truly excellent

Excellent apartment, it was clean, amazingly well decorated, and had pretty much everything we needed. Close to the center, but on a very quiet street. Hosts are super professional and helpful. The baby crib in our apartment was broken, and they bought a brand new one and changed it in a couple of hours. All in all, great value for money. One of the best apartments we've ever been in. Will definitely check if it's available on our next trip to Plovdiv.

A minor thing is, the garage parking space is rather small, especially for larger cars.

Gem of a flat near the centre of Plovdiv

We had an exceptional five-night stay in a spacious and impeccably clean one-bedroom deluxe flat. The unit was thoroughly equipped for self-catering, featuring cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. However, please note that shower gel and bar soap are the only toiletries provided. We also enjoyed a small balcony and a generous terrace. Its prime location near the center of Plovdiv made exploring the main attractions effortless. A convenience store and a supermarket nearby made stocking up on supplies a breeze. We were particularly impressed by the excellent communication with our host both before arrival and during our stay. The thoughtful welcome gift of a bottle of local wine was a lovely touch. Our stay at LDV 13 Residence was nothing short of perfect.

There was nothing we could fault; everything in the flat was perfect. We highly recommend LDV 13 Residence for its spaciousness, exceptional cleanliness, comprehensive amenities, and prime location. The affordability is an added bonus, and the communication with the host was outstanding.

Great centrally located. Smart TV, and strong air conditioning. Very clean and parking space is great.

The soundproofing in bedroom, we could hear the TV next door all night. Also the shower head broke, at 4pm I was told it would be fixed within 30 minutes, It was not fixed and we had to leave. I come back 10pm and it was not fixed still, I had to call again. Thankfully the very nice man came to fix at 10pm.

Relax apartment to wind down after a long day walking

The apartment is very new, spacious, and has modern interior. There’s private reserved parking and elevator. Check in is all digital contactless. 2 full bath and AC unit in each room. Both bedroom has a balcony facing the reserved parking, and living has balcony facing the street. Each room has smart TV, and the living room TV has Netflix. There’s washer for clothes, and an espresso machine. It’s located in quiet neighborhood, and about 10 minutes walk to the city hall, and walking distance to old town. I would stay here again if I come back to Plovdiv.

A minor thing is the mattress is too soft for me. Also, the water wasn’t hot enough for shower, which was quickly solved by the host.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Plovdiv

The apartment was excellent—spacious and just a short walk from both the city center and the Old Town. The amenities were great, with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’ll definitely book one of these apartments again next time I visit Plovdiv.

The only downside was the size of the garage. We had to share the space with another car, but it was extremely tight—fitting two vehicles into such a small area was quite a challenge. I had to use the passenger door because there wasn’t enough room to open the driver’s side.

Καταπληκτικό σε όλα! Είναι πάρα πολύ καλό δεν λείπει τίποτα εξοπλισμένο σε όλα με τελευταία λέξη της τεχνολογίας! Άνετα ανατομικά στρώματα! Πεντακάθαρα μεγάλα δωμάτια και σαλόνι! Τα μπάνια είναι μεγάλα και πολύ καθαρά. Είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο φοβερή τοποθεσία! Ασφάλεια! Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά από τα καλύτερα στην πόλη μιας και έχω πάει σε αρκετά! Είναι τέλειο και με την εμπειρία που έχω γιατί έχω πάει σε πολλά στην Βουλγαρία και εκτός μπορώ να κρίνω! Και η τιμή ήταν πολύ καλή για τις παροχές του!

Има всичко необходимо, чисто е и на чудесна локация - в центъра, но на тиха улица. 2-те тераси са със страхотна гледка и е много коюфортно да се прекара време на тях. Получих много подробна информация от хоста и беше любезен през цялото време. С удоволствие ще посетим отново при следващото ни идване в града.
