Kapana Luxury City Center Apartments with Garage

Such a perfect location right in the heart of the city, 1 minute walk to the old town, 3 minute walk to the pedestrian street in the main city, 1-2 minutes walk to plenty of restaurants. Very nice host who explained everything very well and helped us with the tourism part. The garage is a gift because street parking would be a nightmare with risk of rental car damage. The apartment was really nice. My daughter said she could easily live in an apartment like this. Really well looked after. I will return to Plovdiv, it’s nicer than Sofia, and when I do, I will certainly stay here again.

Location was great. Price was good. Free parking. Host was great. We got some free snacks as well and coffee. The kids loved the large balcony

TV was not working, host had to come and fix it. Garage was a little bit tight. Overall it feels like an apartment decorated to live there for a long time not for a city break. But that is not something critical, although we like to feel that the decorations show that somebody with design skills had taken care of that part not a person with no knowledge.

Dimitar was very helpful and easy to deal with in getting us to and into the apartment / garage. This is a high quality apartment in a portered modern block with a garage ( with electronically controlled shutter ) in large underground car park. Air conditioning in common parts- a relief , building has a lift and a/c in apartment. It is spacious too. It is a very quiet location and a couple of minutes walk from buzzy Kapana, which is lovely and the centre of everything. Old Town also within easy reach, so as a location it is first rate.

Absolutely nothing !!

Great location and within an easy walk to most of the attractions in Plovdiv. The owner was very friendly and the flat was beautiful. A private garage included made the flat very convenient. We really enjoyed the terrace in the evening!

Honestly? Nothing; would 100% try to book again if we travel to Plovdiv again.
