Artin met us to show us around the property. It is a lovely apartment. Very clean. Beds super comfy. Nice kitchen. The terrace was great. Lots of space and great view . Property is very close to kabana district with lots of places to eat and drink. Old town even closer. Loved staying here.

Spacious, new and convenient

Very spacious and clean, everything looks new. The host is very welcoming. The location is great - Kapana is just around the corner of the hill.

The location was great, the host was kind and nice. The apartment was clean and we had (almost) everything we needed

There are only two air conditioners, one is in one bedroom and the other is at the hallway so there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. It’s too hot to sleep in that room and the rest of the apartment is hot (no way sittings down at the kitchen). We asked from the host fan, which he brought and it helped a bit.

Everything! It was spaciouse with good zoning. Nice mefium soft double bed, good size, light, silent midern AC. Not loud fridge😚 im a bad sleeper but i slept well! Noise from the junction is hardly coming in throgh the window and its completely quiet at night. Shower had separation wall from the toilet, which is rare in 🇧🇬 😉 Jug, coffee maker, necessary utensils are there but not for making warm food, was enough for me. Lightning is perfect🥸. The host is very hospitable decent person🫡 helped us to park the car in a right spot and presented the city. Good value fir you buck!

nothing is bad 💕Just one thing id recommend: My partner is a vegan and we rent apartmenrs to make him warm food, so he would like to have cooking pot to cook his vegan rice and potatoes🙃 as there are no restaurants that agree to cook 5 portions of rice😂

Wonderful stay

The accommodation is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our host was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. It's a perfect location for getting around both the old town and new town. We'll stay here again next time we're in Plovdiv.

Perfect stay in Plovdiv near the old town with the good price

We really loved this place. It is really nicely decorated and luxurious apartment. It is very spacious and there is nice little terrace where you can have a drink or a coffee. Beds are great and comfortable, living room and kitchen are together in a big open space. Apartment really has everything that you need and more including a coffee machine with capsules so making a coffee in the morning was very easy. Location is very good, you're couple of minutes walk away from the old town so you can sightseeing everything by foot. And Artim as a host is a just great guy. Very friendly and communicative. He really made us feel welcomed and he was always nearby ready to help out if needed. If you arrive by car there is a private parking as bonus. We wished if we could stayed more than 2 nights. We definitely recommend this place.

Our host was extremely helpful and very kind! The apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail and care for the guests. Location is perfect if you want to visit the Old town in Plovdiv (the house is right at the foot of the Old Town) and also if you're travelling by car (free parking slots are easy to find and there are no fees). There is also elevator in the building.

Was a one room apartment, with a small kitchen area, lounge with bedroom curtained off. was well thought out. Lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean, With a tv, and a small veranda for one person to smoke outside.

Had a kettle and toaster, with no microwave, suitable for someone to go out for a meal and come back for a glass of wine no facilities to heat anything.
