New and very clean apartment. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Located at the edge of the old town. 5 minutes walk to the Kapana zone. Patio parking lot of their own. We had a minibus (9 seats) and got in. Comfortable beads. Well equipped kitchen. Toilet and shower are 2 different rooms - big advantage for a large family 😁 Strongly recommanded for families.

Absolutely everything. The apartments are spotless thay are big and spacious. It is located 5 minutes from the beautiful old city. Perfect for a family. The couple who run the place are kind and hospitable. they made a huge effort to help us in everything we needed. does it also have a hotel in the building nearby and you can order breakfast in the hotel in an additional fee.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment with parking

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Very modern just outside old town. Elevator access..a few steps up from the parking area out front. The staff was very responsive to any help we needed.

Brand new property in a very good location! It’s a few minute walk from the Old town in a quiet place. It’s clean, cozy and it had everything we needed and more! Daniela was wonderful and welcoming! 10/10! Will come back!

Apartamentul cu două dormitoare și un living e spațios, modern, cu toate facilitățile și cu o chicinetă open space bine utilată. Poate că ar fi fost și mai bine dacă exista și un toaster. Este situat la 10 minute pe jos de orașul vechi.

Aș fi preferat să găsesc un toaster, dar e vorba despre un amănunt.

קבלת הפנים היתה חמה ונעימה. הדירה מרווחת, נקיה ויש בה כל הנדרש,יש חניה נוחה במקום. המיקום קרוב למרכז הישן, הלכנו ברגל ותוך מספר דקות הגענו לאתרים.. המארחים נענו לכל בקשה שלנו. ממליצים בחום.

Приятно място със всички необходими удобства. Има и паркинг, което се оказа удобна екстра.

Беше много топло в Пловдив, но ОВКто работеше добре и в помещенията беше комфортно. Ще гледам следващият път прогнозата защото при 42градуса……

Struttura nuovissima. Facile parcheggio all'interno della corte. Data la vicinanza al centro storico, conviene non spostare più l'auto durante il soggiorno. Accoglienza ottima. I gestori parlano italiano. Appartamento ampio con cucina, dotato di ogni comfort. Pure il bagno ampio, tutto molto pulito. TV, Wifi. I gestori sanno dare competenti consigli sulle visite da fare: Plovdiv merita assolutamente di essere visitata.

Супер близо до Капана и Небет Тепе. Мили и услужливи домакини. Студиото е добре обзаведено за няколкодневен престой, стилно и приятно. Климатизирано - навън беше много жега, но вътре беше хладно.

Студиото, в което бяхме настанени, беше на приземния етаж; Може би заради това шумът от булеварда се чуваше, включително и нощем. Аз спя много леко и ползвах тапи за уши - ако имате проблем със съня имайте предвид това. Баня и тоалетна са в едно малко помещение, душът не е отделен със завеса и всичко се мокри, когато се ползва, а подът е опасно хлъзгав и трябва да се внимава.
