The host send us for preparations a complete Instruction to reach and to open the house with instructions and videos. We got rapid response on any question with additional recommendations. The house had everything and was well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay in the house with our two kids and our dog. The house was in the old centre of Plovdiv just 10min walk away from the famous Theater. We got exclusive access with our car to the traffic-calmed zone. The area was calm and near by we found good cafes and restaurants.

A very cozy, sweet and extremely well located property in the heart of ancient Plovdiv. The hosts have tried and made great effort. Key collection was easy and convenient.

The house is ancient and the actual bedroom is accessible via "ceiling" stair, which is extremely steep and if you are planing to go down to the bathroom/ wc during the night or if you have any knee issues is absolutely not recommended. It is suitable for young people 15 - 30 yo, who will definitely not use a bathroom during the night. Dangerous for kids too. We are 40 yo couple (runners) and the stairs were too steep and dangerous for us, so we slept in the secondary bedroom on ground floor which has a smaller bed - maybe 140 x 200cm. which was OK. I would have appreciated a "real" picture of the stair and an explanation that this is a ceiling stair, so there would not be a negative surprise upon arrival.
