תרגם: מדובר בדירה בעלת פוטנציאל מאוד גבוה לקבל ציון מושלם, הדירה משופצת, הריהוט נהדר, 3 החדרים גדולים מאוד ומוארים, 3 מקלחות, ומטבח גדול. מיקום יחסית מרכזי ובעלים שענה לכל שאלותינו בזמן סביר. אבל בגלל כמה דברים הציון ירד. הורדתי ציון אחד כי המטבח לא מאובזר בכלל. היתה רק מחבת אחת וקלחת קטנה. אפילו לבשל פסטה לא היה אפשרי. אין מספיק סכו"ם, אין מספיק קעריות, אין כלי מטבח נוספים שתמיד נהוג לספק בדירות. חבל כי זו לא השקעה גדולה לעומת ההשקעה בשאר הדברים שהושקעו בדירה עוד נקודה ירדה כי הניקוז במקלחת היה לא תקין, המיים הגיעו עד למסדרון. עוד נקודה ירדה כי האינטרנט לא עבד. This apartment has extremely high potential to get a perfect score—it is renovated, the furniture is great, the three rooms are spacious, there are three bathrooms, and it features a large kitchen. The location is relatively central, and the host answered all our questions in a reasonable timeframe. ​However, a few issues brought the score down: ​Minus one point because the kitchen wasn't equipped at all. There was only one frying pan and a small saucepan—it wasn't even possible to cook pasta. There wasn't enough cutlery or bowls, and it was missing other standard kitchen essentials that are usually provided in apartments. It wouldn't require a big investment compared to everything else put into the apartment. ​Minus another point because the shower drain was faulty, causing water to spill out into the hallway. ​Minus one more point because the internet wasn't working.

Hizmet mükemmel!

The location for us was very good, in a quiet part of the city, close enough to Kapana (10min walking distance) and to the venue we were visiting. The Kitchen was well designed, the bedroom was quiet and there was an elevator. It was overall very clean and the aircon was working very well!

Overall little things - we did not like that the shower cabin did not have a door, the whole bathroom was getting wet. There is no dedicated parking spot for the flat, upon asking the host if there is a parking we can use and the answer was to check on a global website for parkings, where we did not find anything, we could use. We realised that one boulevard further (3mins walk) the neighbourhood had free parking on the streets (outside of the blue zone) - this info could have easily been provided by the host, and it would have saved us 30mins driving around checking official parking places, but ok - we managed! Overall the experience was good and these were minor things - we would come back!

Great location

The beds were terrible! The double bed in the bedroom is actually 2 separate mattresses, so when you lie down it sinks in and feels like being on a boat. At night both sleepers end up sliding into the middle — extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen sofa is so worn that part of it has caved in, leaving a big hole. There were 4 of us, staying 3 nights, and the bathroom had only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no spares, and no one came to restock. We had specifically asked if there would be enough towels and sheets for everyone and were assured there would be — we got 2 face towels and 6 bath towels.
