Good apartment

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has a nice balcony and you may see mountains on the horizon.

Mind that to get to the apartment you need to use stairs from the 5th floor to the 6th, as the elevator brings you only to the 5th.

Good sized apartment in quiet location.

The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and large balcony. There was a coffee machine and basic supplies in the kitchen. It was nice having a dishwasher. Overall a comfortable stay!

Personally I didn’t like the location that much. The neighbourhood is quiet and seemed safe, but there were very few shops/ restaurants nearby. It’s very close to the old town but the old town is on a hill and the heart of the city is on the other side of the hill. If I ever visit Plovdiv again I wouldn’t stay on that side of old town.

Disappointing

-The apartment is fully equipped even for longer stays -Quiet area -Fast internet -Accurate self check in instructions

-The apartment is advertised with free parking but when we arrived and found a parking space just outside of the apartment ( that was not obstructing any garage et.c ) we asked the apartment manager if it was ok there ( sending also photos as we wanted to be sure that we would not receive a fine or find our car clumped ) they replied that we should ask people on the street as they were not sure! We tried to ask on the street several people but after 1 hour struggling we did not succeed in meeting anyone who spoke English as to be informed if we could leave our car there!! So, if you you are not sure if the parking at the street in front of the apartment is allowed you can not advertise it as having free parking, this is at least misleading to me! In a few words as to not ruin our vacation with the stress of the car for a fine or find it clumped we were forced to pay 60 euros to a parking lot at the other side of the city center!! If I knew that there is no free parking there I would definitely have chosen an apartment in the very heart of the city center as to not be 10-15 minutes walking distance from there! - Another unacceptable thing was that the bathroom was smelling acutely cigarette smoke ( I assume from the ventilation system from the neighbouring apartments ) something that if you do not smoke (like us) is unbearable!

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Juwel und genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Einrichtung: Sie ist sehr sauber, das Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/Küche ist riesig und verfügt über ein gemütliches Sofa. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Es gibt sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung hat zudem einen tollen Balkon, der sich über die gesamte Länge der Wohnung erstreckt (vermutlich 12m ?). Lage: Die Lage ist unschlagbar: die Wohnung befindet sich am Fuße der Altstadt und am Fuße des Hügels "Nebet Tepe". Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell überall (Altstadt: 2-10min, Einkaufszone: 10-20min). Zudem: die Wohnung ist in einem sehr ruhigen und sauberen Wohnviertel gelegen. Sie befindet sich im sechsten Stock (mit Aufzug erreicht man den 5. Stock). Man hört weder tagsüber noch nachts Lärm, selbst wenn man die Fenster offen hält. Ich bin normalerweise extrem lärmempfindlich, aber hatte in dieser Wohnung überhaupt keine Probleme, zu entspannen und zu schlafen. Vielen Dank. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das einzige Problem, welches mich aber nicht gestört hat: im Badezimmer riecht es manchmal nach Zigaretten, weil die Lüftung anscheinend mit der Lüftung der Nachbarn verbunden ist. Ich habe das Problem gelöst, indem ich die Badezimmertür immer geschlossen hielt.

Свіжий ремонт, кондиціонер, наявність пральної машини, посудомийної машини, фен. Швидка відповідь від власників. Зручне розташування від історичного центру, магазину Billa, KFC, McDonald's.

Дивне влаштування ванної кімнати. Коли злив від душу, знаходиться на середині кімнати.
