I loved how the host was available to answer all our questions and they made sure that our stay was calm and enjoyable. The location was great for the purpose of our stay, we met our cousins and we had a blast in town. There was a dental clinic next door which I tried and I was very happy with the service and their prices, when compared to the UK.
Just minor things, for example the check in system linked to only one device which we didn't take with us. Luckily, the host guided us if we needed anything. I was also slightly disappointed with the restaurants in the area because many of our favourite places were closed.

Great location and room layout plus enough playing space for kids.
Comfortable beds and pillows, the sofa as well.
Lots of storage for your baggage.
Enough amenities and appliances, especially the baby crib and the AC considering the summer weather in Plovdiv.
Lack of cookware (literally one pan and a tray) and no basics like salt, sugar and oil.
We stayed for 8 nights and bedlinen and towels were not changed during our stay.
Noisy floor (need to be considered if with little kids).

Very spacious rooms with air conditioning in each room. Very clean, airy and modern. It also had PS with games which we really enjoyed.
You can still somewhat hear the boulevard even with the window closed from the bedroom, but it wasn’t too bad as on the upside it was only 15 min walk from the center.
