Excellent

The Host was super nice and responsive and allowed us to check out later on the last day. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and very clean. The WiFi was great and the shower was superb. There are a few shops right beside the apartment including a lidl supermarket. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own food. Highly recommend this property

The door in the apartment is hard to unlock. Location to the centre of town was a good 20 minute walk so if being close to the centre is important then take that into account. Was absolutely fine for us. No provision to take payment by card which is a major annoyance for me as there's no ATMs close by and the ATM at the airport didnt work.

Great location, close to the city centre and plenty of shops nearby! Easy access to the property with place to park. If you are with little kids, that's the perfect spot for you. Very clean, and the host is very friendly and kind! I strongly recommend. Will definitely book again!

The bedrooms were big and had everything we need, as well as the kitchen. In general the house was very comfortable.

The bathroom didn't have a separate shower, so when you take a shower all the floor is wet and it is a bit messy. The description said that there was free parking but there wasn't, we had to park in the street and it wasn't easy.

We had the perfect stay in Amaya! The whole apartment is renovated in a modern chique design. There is free parking nearby and Lidl right next to it. The city center is 5 min away with car. We will definately visit again.

A verry kind landlord and kind neighbours, the supper market and almost everything was in walking distance. Perfect spot for a weekend exploring plovdiv and even when its a verry busy street there was 0 sound from outside in the appartment 👍

Good apartment

The apartment was spacious and looked just like in the photos. The kitchen was large and very beautiful. It was comfortable and had many facilities.

It was quite noisy exactly outside the bedroom, was woken up by a person that works outside constantly shouting early in the morning. Would be nice to have hotel disposable slippers. It doesn't have its own parking space but we found a parking spot right next to it. Could be cleaner in places that are not used a lot e.g. exactly over the TV.

The apartment was big, the facilities were good and the location was convenient. The piano.

The rooms smelled of mold (especially the bathroom). The furniture smelled of old cigarettes even though smoking was forbidden. Everything was sprayed with an extremely unpleasant air freshener which stuck to our clothes.

Necesita más mantenimiento

Zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Buena comunicación con el propietario. El apartamento es amplio y fácilmente accesible. Tiene una cocina muy amplia y bastante bien equipada. El salón es agradable y tiene aire acondicionado en todos lados (no lo usamos).

La cama de la habitación de la derecha era incomodísima, totalmente inclinada, y las almohadas eran más unos cojines aprovechados que una almohada en condiciones. Además en esa habitación la limpieza era mala, con mucho polvo que se veía a simple vista (en el resto de la casa no había ese problema). El baño no nos gustó la ducha que tenías que fregar el suelo cada vez que alguien se duchaba.
