The Apartment was good. Nice place to stay with everything you need... Plenty of space.

Shower did not work very well. Leaked from the showerhead etc... Too hot or too cold. Needs looked at... Not the apartments, fault but we had builders with Kango hammers and sledge hammers taking down walls from 8am until late afternoon. Really spoiled our stay. We had a car and parking was poor around the place although i appreciate private parking was offered. If you are on foot and works completed it would be a great place. Close to the old town.

Great place to explore the city center with the best sunset spot right across the street.

The location is great if you want to explore the center of the city. Right across the street is the hill to Nebet Tepe which has the best sunsets in town. The apartment is really spacious and feels light. Having a door code is great too, and much preferable over having to share one key as in so many other places.

The apartment is right on a busy road, which wasn't visible in the photos. Also, two heat pump fans are installed (this apartment and the neighbor's) such that they blow across the balcony. It wasn't too bad, but it's not an ideal placement, for sure. The kitchen so small that it borders on being dysfunctional. It's okay for basic heating up stuff, but not more. There's plenty of room for a bigger fridge in the apartments, so that would improve it, imo. Last but not least... most pictures (picture frames) on the wall are still wrapped in plastic. Chairs are not fully unpacked and still have protective stuff around them.

Good location, great view, spacious.

Very spacious, amazing view.

Shower tap doesn’t hold on medium hot water, had to use a hair band to keep it place. Also some things in the flat weren’t unwrapped like a painting on the wall, chairs had wrapping too and weren’t put together properly. Some electric sockets weren’t t safe to use as it let out sparks when inserting charger.

Away from the crowds but close enough on foot. Easy access not dependent on people and appointments. Nice view and balcony. Plenty of coffee and towels. Small but sufficient bathroom. The apartment is spacious and you can park for free on the streets nearby.

Great place to stay

The studio has a great location in the top center of Plovdiv, near to the Kapana district. It is clean and you get everything you need for a short stay. You can also find parking places near the studio, available and free of charge.

I liked everything in the studio, it is comfortable and clean. Just one recommendation to the owner is to put hangers for towels and clothes is the bathroom. :)

Comfortable apartment in the center.

The studio was very clean and the interior was very pleasant. Great view from the balcony to the old city and one of the hills of Plovdiv. Center was at a walking distance of only some 5 minutes. We found everything that we needed for our stay and will definitely add this studio to our favorites in Plovdiv.

Maybe you should hire three engineers or put instructions on how the shower is working. You broke my "always figuring out showers" sequence. Seriously, I couldn't get the handle working.

The location is great, not even 5 mins walking distance to Kapana district. The room is spacious and it has everything you need for a few days stay.

It is a little noisy, as it is situated over a main boulevard. However a little work on the windows seals could easily fix that.

Very clean property with lovely interior

Very nice property, really liked the interior. The key was picked up contactless, and the host can be reached very well. The property was clean and provided all needed for a nice rest, within walking distance of the center.

I would have liked it if there was a good sleeping pillow on the bed. None were there, just throwpillows.

Great Location Good Price

We were traveling for work. The Urban Music Studio is located in the center of Plovdiv and was very convenient. We did not have to use any transportation. The studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great for a work trip. Will use it again in future trips in Plovdiv.

The Studio is quite spacious and located right in the center of Plovdiv. We enjoyed the industrial style of the interior and the view from the balcony. From the studio we could walk to all attractions in Plovdiv and the Kapana Art District is literally 5 min away on foot. I already added this studio to my favorites in Booking.
