Not sure why this place has such a high rating...

The location relative to the city and old town is very nice. The host, thou we never met, did provide us with the needed information to check in and out.

Unfortunately, we were faced with many unpleasant experiences - for a start, it is a very old building (but not in a charming way, but in a not-ever-renouvated communist building way). It has a very particular smell to it too and hallways that one can only describe as depressing. The elevator, thou conveniet to get to the sixth floor, it was straight out of my nightmares. There are two apartments, gated by a door that was very difficult to open. The apartment itself also had a lingering unpleasant smell to it, reminiscing a smoke smell and that was painted over. There is little to no cozy aspects of the apartment, so much so that we didn't even wanted to come back to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bed matress was uncomfortable, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. The toilet itself was an interesting experience too... and the noise from the big boulevard was unpleasant to say the least. With a risk to keep going about it, it an okay place but we decided to leave a day earlier to a much more confortable place.

Cozy appartment in the heart of Plovdiv

The accomodation is great for your stay in Plovdiv. It's situated very close to the city center, next to Kapana district where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars. The area is safe and calm during the night. The apartment is clean and very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Communication with the host is easy. He give us useful information where to find a parking.spot for the car. I higly recomment the accomodation for your stay in Plovdiv.

Great place to stay

Location is fantastic as it is between the old town and Kapana. Thr flat is on the 6th floor and there is a lift. It is lively clean and modern with good air conditioning.

The lock on the outer door needs replacing as it is a bit temperamental.

Very clean apartment. The owner very good person. The apartment was near to everything. 5 minutes walk from everything.

The only problem was the elevator. Two time's didn't work but.And i had to walk downstairs, six floors, with a stroller and a baby. But this is not responsibility of the owner

everything, this place is gorgeous, stay here, you will love it. they have everything you need. hairdryer, fridge, ironing board, there is maybe a parking building behind the building but I don’t know if it’s free or not, there is tv and cable, perfect WiFi, great bathroom, I loved it!

Affordable place in the centre of town with a bit too thin walls!

The apartment is situated in a walking distance to Kapana district. Easy access to old town and central pedestrian area! Nice and clean apartment.

Ultra thin walls with ultra noisy neighbours, who were watching tv and speaking loudly until 2am. Unfortunately, I think the bills were not paid and the TV was not working. The toilet was very strange (airport/American style) and I did not enjoy it.

Amazing location and great value for the money!

The apartment itself was awesome - the accommodations are new and modern, the place is clean, the location is amazing. I love the practical key arrangement which makes it possible to check in at any time without even having to meet the host, who was still a phone call away if we needed him. We had to call him at 4:30 AM for a small issue with the keys and he solved it within minutes.

Because of the excellent location free parking is out of the question, paid parking spots are hard to find BUT there is pay by the hour parking right behind the building (at 3 BGN per hour it's on the expensive side but it is also the going rate in the neighbourhood). There was also an issue with the front door that makes it possible to get locked out. However we went over it with the host and I'm sure he'll find a long term solution soon.

Апартаментът е много чист и това създава комфорт. Локацията е чудесна. Всеки обект в Пловдив, който човек би искал да посети е на пешеходно разстояние.

За четирима човека не е много удобно за спане и масата в кухнята не е удобна за споделено хранене. Хубаво е човек предварително да помисли къде ще паркира, когато е с автомобил.

İhtiyaç duyulabilecek her detay düşünülmüş; mutfak ekipmanlarından banyoya kadar her şey eksiksizti. Konumu bizim için büyük bir avantajdı. Hem merkezi hem de oldukça sakin bir bölgede yer alıyor, bu sayede hem rahatça dinlenebildik hem de şehri kolayca gezebildik. Ulaşım, marketler ve restoranlar çok yakındı. Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik, ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Check-in süreci çok net ve sorunsuzdu, iletişim her zaman hızlıydı ve kendimizi gerçekten değerli misafirler gibi hissettik. Genel olarak konaklamamız beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Temizlik, konfor, lokasyon ve misafirperverlik açısından kesinlikle 10 üzerinden 10 bir deneyimdi. Plovdiv’e tekrar yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden yeniden burada kalırız ve gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung, top gepflegt!

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und hatte große Zimmer, das Badezimmer modern und insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und ruhig.

Es fehlten ein paar Küchenutensilien, die aber sofort bereit gestellt wurden. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Ringstraße, bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut, aber die Fenster waren sehr gut isoliert..

Schickes Dachgeschoss Appartement

Absolut alles vorhanden was man braucht! Sehr geräumig und sauber. Unfassbar, wie schick eine Plattenbau Wohnung von innen sein kann! Anonymer Checkin lief reibungslos und perfekt!
