Apartment with uncomfortable bed, barking dog near by and arrogant managers from MT Homes.

I wrote the managers of the apartment the first day that the curtain hooks are torn off and I need them to be replaced. After 3 hours they replied that they will provide them the next day. The next day I asked them to let me know when it is ready. I just got automatic reply that they will reply soon. Since then I have not heard anything from them. And of course the hangers were not provided even though they promised to provide them. If your apartment is managed by MT Homes, you can be sure about the "service" you receive when you need something. Ignorance and arrogance, the top level you can get in Plovdiv. The bed is terribly uncomfortable with the strings matrass. Furthermore there is a puppy in one of the close by apartments and it keeps barking all the time when it is left alone. Which was pretty often. So if you need an apartment with uncomfortable bed, barking dog near by and arrogant managers, this is definitely the best place to choose for your stay.

Clean and cozy stay with a lot of natural light and excellent location. We recommend it!

Excellent location. The flat was spacious and we self checked-in (which was very convenient). The owner is very nice and answered our messages very fast. Very clean and spacious shower/bathroom. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you might need during your stay (coffee machine, hairdryer, toaster, oven, microwave, etc...)
