Comfortable and clean apartment

Exceptional

The apartment was located very close to a supermarket and 10minutes away from aqualand water park which was the main goal of the trip. We were able to find restaurants located less than 10minutes away by foot, the place had an AC which was a life saver during the 40C heat.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, as well as the pillows, but that could be a personal preference.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area

My family had to stay in Plovdiv for a night. We looked for an apartment close to the Kolodrum hall. A few days before the date the hostess called me and asked if we would agree to stay in another apartment in the same block of flats as the previous guests of Anelia 3 apartment wanted to stay longer. She explained that the apartment is the same. I agreed. We arrived in the afternoon. The lady waited for us. She was very polite and friendly. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is in a big block of flats where there are various shops and you have things to buy in case you need anything. We could find where to park the car easily in the street in front of the block and it was free. The hostess even prepared a bed for the baby. I would stay there again!

The appartment is clean, with enough space and a well equiped kitchen. The host is very kind and helpful. Old city and the tourist area is few minutes away by car.

contradictory impression

At first the property seemed very nice and the first owner who welcomed us was also very kind. However when we went to bed we saw some dirt on the sheets. It was good that there were spare sheets in the wardrobe so we used them but in the morning we were scolded by the second owner (the first guy’s sister) that we have used the clean sheets.. which is not acceptable! Plus there was no shower gel nor shampoo in the bathroom and the TV was 19 inches :D Overall it was good value for money but the second owner should behave better to the guests of her house.

Good apartment for a few night stay in Plovdiv

The apartment is quite new, located in a new building. Location is good - easy to get to the town via car or public transport (bus stop is just in front of the building). There is a lot of space for free parking. There are several restaurants and shops just 5-10 mins away from the apartment. Apartment itself is well furnished and equipped with all the basic items you need. Good value for the price.

There are still construction works just around the corner of the building and it could get a bit noisy during the day. There was hot water in the kitchen installed, but it seemed never to be enough to wash all the dishes. The kitchen utensils and the plates are mixture of new and used one - this could be improved a bit.

Чистотата не е много задоволителна. Още с влизането не миришеше много приятно, доста на застояло. Чаршафите дори не са от един комплект, имаше косми по долния чаршаф, включително и по една от възглавниците, които не бяха наши. Матракът въобще не беше удобен. Банята също не беше кой знае колко добре почистена, по тоалетната чиния отново имаше единични косми. Паркингът не е включен, собственичката иска допълнителни 10 лв. за паркинг, при положение, че нощувката е 100 лв..

Sve super ali parking ne postoji

Bukvalno ima sve što je potrebno da se osećate kao kod kuće, čisto je i novo.

U pretrazi sam ukucao parking,pisalo je da je parking besplatan ali nije tako, apartman nema sopstveni parking. Trebalo bi to da se ispravi. Parking je bilo izuzetno teško naći jer je u pitanju kompleks zgrada,ja sam izmišljao parking mesta svakog dana i imao sreće da me niko ne kazni ili ošteti auto.
