Fabulous New Appartment

Appartment is new in a new and modern building, on excellent location (walking distance from city center). It is very well equipped, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. It has a very nice terrace with a view. It also has a spacious private underground garage. Wifi connection was excellent. Hosts were helpful and unintrusive, gave us clear instructions on how to access appartment and garage. We stayed there only for one night, but would love to come again for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in the heart of Plovdiv

The property was brand new and designed in a very functional way that made the stay feel very comfortable and homey. We actually felt like we were returning back home after a day out in the town. It was also very clean. We loved the view, the balcony and the fact that there was underground parking was very important and useful. We loved the location as it was a 3 minute walk to a beautiful park that going through it it you end up in the old town. The location was such that we walked around everywhere. There was a great cafe a minute away and a mini market just further down. All in all we were very impressed and will definitely want to stay here again during our next visit to Plovdiv

Just two minor comments which are not that important but might be worth considering since everything else was perfect. The sheets had a pretty intense artificial detergent or softner scent which might be an issue for people with allergies. Also, the difference of warm and cold lighting in the living room area was a bit uncomfortable

The location is great. 5 min walk from bus station, 10 min walk to city center. The facility is really new, comfy and clean. Definitely would stay again next time

Апартамента е в нова модерна сграда,поддържан и подреден с вкус до най-малкият детайл! Има всичко необходимо за да се чувстваш у дома си. Иновативни и модерни уреди. Чистотата е на ниво. Удобни матраци. Завесите дават усещане за домашен уют. Паркомясто в частен и сигурен паркинг.

Категорично НЕ по вина на собственика на имота,а по скоро по немърливост от страна на строителя,линейния сифон в банята почти не събита водата и тя е на "ръба" да прелее извън душ кабината,вероятно е попаднало лепило за плочки и това му пречи да работи на 100%. Отново казвам НЕ по вина на домакина.

Sehr gut. Ich kann das Appartment empfehlen!

Sehr schönes und neues Appartment in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Groß und gut ausgestattet. Kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. Küche lässt an sich keine Wünsche offen. Bad ist klein - dafür sind die anderen Räume sehr groß.

Es gab nur einen Topf. Insofern war es schon schwierig, einfache Gerichte wie Spaghetti mit Sauce zu machen. Aber ich habe dies als Feedback an den Gastgeber weitergegeben und dieser hat sich dafür bedankt und will das bessern. Die Garage ist etwas unübersichtlich und gruselig.

Apartament d'estrena

Apartament molt nou (sembla que l'estrenis) i ben equipat, comfortable i amb parking. Ben ubicat per poder veure Plovdiv a peu. Estan disponibles rrserves de consumibles (oli, pastilles de entavaixelles, liquid rentavaixelles, paper de cuina... i sabons, gel, xampú). També cafès i bosses de te de cortesia. Indicacions clares i disponibilitat per dubtes del propietari. Sofà llit de fàcil accionament

Només fer notar que no hi ha microones (però amb tota la resta és prescindible) ni tisores de cuina (fàcilment subsanable ;))

Filibede merkeze yakın aileye uygun şık bir apartman

Apartman çok Temizdi. İçerisindeki mutfak malzemeleri yeniydi ve temizdi. Apartmanının Modern bir tasarımı vardı. Otopark olması çok iyi oldu. Check-in ve check-out yönlendirmeleri çok detaylı ve güzeldi.

Merkeze 10 dk yürüyüş mesafesi olması biraz beklediğimizden fazla idi. Yatak odası ve tuvalet biraz daha büyük olabilirdi. Otopark’ın yerini bulmak ve o yere park etmek biraz zor oldu.
