Our host was very nice and helpful, he told us all we needed to know and a bit about the city. The apartment is rather big and we liked the old furniture, which gives the apartment character. The park could be parked in a secured parking lot in the backyard. The apartment is located close to most of the important attractions of Plovdiv (Kapana, main pedestrian street, hills etc.) The bed was really comfortable.
Since the apartment is next to a very busy street it was rather loud in the apartment. Sleeping was ok since the bedroom is situated to the back. When you move around the floor creaks really loudly (we didn’t mind too much). The bathroom sinks and the sink in the kitchen smell rather bad and the bathroom is rather old and a bit run down.

The smell was not bearable to us. A mix of cold cigarette and skewer smell in the living room. The toilet were extremely smelly too.

В целом. это необычный (по моему довольно богатому опыту) вариант. В старом доме с не очень опрятным подъездом, похожий на московскую сталинскую квартиру. Первое впечатление - "я ошибся, нужно было подобрать другой вариант". Но чем дольше ты там находишься, тем больше оцениваешь просторные комнаты, наличие самых мелких и удобных вещей, да и само доверие владельцев к постояльцам в том, что последние банально не стащат довольно ценные антикварные статуэтки, книги из библиотеки и прочее. Кто-то из предыдущих гостей написал в отзыве, что имеется стойкое ощущение, что ты находишься в гостях у знакомых людей или родственников, которые оставили тебе ключи от их дома. Я полностью с этим согласен... Добавлю, что когда мы, уже съехав из помещения, обнаружили, что оставили внутри важную вещь и обратились к владельцам с просьбой передать ее нашим знакомым, все было любезно сделано в тот же день. Большое спасибо, и скорее всего мы повторно остановимся в будущем в этой особенной квартире, где царит дух уже ушедшей эпохи.
Полы, конечно, нужно отремонтировать. В коридоре отклеились и скоро сломаются несколько плиток, в зале и кухне старинный паркет конечно же очень мешает в ночное время соседям снизу. Довольно тесный душ, но правда с правильной занавеской, которая при внимательном подходе хорошо сдерживает воду в рамках поддона, прилипая по вертикали к стеновой плитке.

Nous avons apprécié les grandes baies vitrées donnant sur de la verdure, le petit balcon cuisine d'été et l'ameublement d'origine, qui donne l'impression d'être invité chez quelqu'un, bien différent des looks AIRBNB habituels.A 10 mn à pieds du centre, et avec un parking privé, le tout à un prix compétitif, un super séjour à tous points de vue.96
