Beautiful but some attention to guest service could improve this experience for future guests.

The studio was beautiful.

We did not have a SIM card with calling minutes. We had data and messaged the guesthouse who confirmed our arrival time. When we got there, no one was there to welcome us and we had to ask a stranger on the street to use her phone to contact the property. Unfortunately the road it is located on is extremely busy and we were kept awake all night with traffic blowing through. Additionally an automatic scent machine in the room kept going off every hour which was extremely frustrating as it was noisy. The internet name we were given didn’t exist and we were without internet for the duration of our stay.

Че беше на 5мин пеш от центъра!

Първо: Пристигам от Варна с бебе на 8м- парко място НЯМА !!! Обаждам се да попитам, отговор: -Аз не мога да, ви запазя място.... ( но в обявата пише, че има Паркинг , Безплатен паркинг ) Хората, които живеят на улицата ни обясниха, къде и какво да правим , защото няма, просто няма такова нещо! Второ: Влизаме в апартамента , посреща ни изключително тежка миризма на парфюм/ароматизатор ... Всички чаршафи, завивки, възглавници и кърпи бяха напоени с тази миризма ( после откривам , че е от някакъв течен ароматизатор. Който беше захвърлен зад телевизора ) не можеше да се лежи на тях изобщо! Трето: Бях помолена и предупредена да изчаках до 14:00ч за да може да бъде почистено ( както в цял свят) изчаках, но не беше почистено ! Дивана пълен с трохи, махам (иначе подредените възглавници ) още трохи, разпъвам дивана - ТРОХИ:) Каната за гореща ВОДА - мръсна и то от засъхнало КАФЕ или нещо такова. Сядам на дивана и виждам бутнати боклуци под скрина на телевизора... Бях попитала за ютия и прахосмукачка, отговор - Да, има : Е, НЯМАШЕ ! Кошарата мисля, че беше счупена , хладилника не беше почистен от предишните гости. Оставени разни работи върху хладилника (захар, чай и някаква кафе машина с място за капсули ) , но и те не могат да се използват. Много разочарована , защото от снимките и коментарите имах едни очаквания , а се оказа друго ! Няма да се върна там и не бих го препоръчала за семейства с малки деца :) За мен лично беше много шумно от улицата, задух (защото климатика е над леглото и срещу дивана, и нямаше как да го ползваме ) Съжалявам, че трябваше да оставя лош отзив , но просто нямаше как да си замълча за всичко това!

Большой чистый и красивый номер. Удобные кровати. Есть чайник, холодильник. Все соответствует фото.

Квартира рядом с дорогой = шум ночью. Искали жилье с парковкой. На сайте указано, что есть бесплатная парковка. По факту ее нет. Пришлось искать место для парковки ночью в незнакомом городе. В округе все парковки платные с 8-ми утра.

Не си заслужава нервите!

Собственика е груб. Изисква такса за домашен любимец-50лв., която цитирам “била написана с малки букви”. Дойде в стаята ни да се саморазправи с нас, за това че не сме видяли къде е посочено това. Поискахме да платим по банкова сметка и се развика, че Това било просто такса. Не ни предостави касова бележка дори след поискване. Няма паркинг! Повтарям няма паркинг. Паркираш на една улица по-нагоре от място за настаняване, ни при късмет с намирането на място. Лично ние се въртяхме доста преди да се освободи такова. Имахме спор, че виждаш ли ние не сме знаели какво е обществен паркинг. В общи линии не си тровете нервите с този човек. Навярно мениджъра му, който бил уволнил същия ден, в който се настанявахме е допринасял за приятната атмосфера, но това вече не е така. Не си заслужава нервите, мили хора.
