Perfect!

We booked the property the same day of our arrival; everything was ready in 30 minutes! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, I’m Italian and I was very happy to find a moka for a good coffee in the kitchen. The location is very nice, in a quieter neighbourhood and not too far from the city centre. I recommend the property 🧚‍♂️

I don't advise anyone who wants to eat in the apartment and is impressionable from presence of mold

Probably, on the positive side, this is a good location, the size of the apartment and good Internet.

Here, unfortunately, there are a lot of negative aspects. The apartment made a double impression on me. For example, on one side there is a kitchen, but there is no dining table. I don't know how the owner of the apartment imagined the process of eating without a table, but our family had to eat from a coffee table sitting on a cold floor. Or cleanliness, it seems to be clean at first glance, but in some places the walls are peeled off with mold and there is also mold on the bathroom tiles, which did not allow my family to live comfortably in the apartment. Another example, there is a toaster in the kitchen, but it is in such a state that I would throw it away at the first opportunity, or at least clean it. Or, on the one hand, there is parking, but on the other hand, finding a free place is not realistic, and so there is something in everything, but it is either dirty, or broken, or, let's say, exaggerated.

Great location in a quiet area, just about a 15 minute walk from the center and right next to plenty of shops/bank/etc. Checking in was easy and the host was very accommodating to my special request. We were able to very comfortably fit 6 in the apartment - would recommend for big groups!

Thats a place I'd absolutely live in

If I could give the cleanliness an 11, I would. Majorly important for me. The guest capacity of the place for the price point is just immeasurable against anything else I have ever stayed in, even hostels. The balcony is super nice, the appliances were a huge bonus, and the AC is an absolute life saver. And it was soo spacious and with so much storage space!

an AC in the kid's room would be very useful.

The fresh linen and the comfortable beds. The strong AC.

No parking and very weak water pressure in the shower. The fridge and water heater could have been plugged in so that we don't have to wait for them to be ready to use

I liked the easy access to the apartment and the fact that we didn't have to make a meeting with the host and we could arrive whenever.

The sofa bed was broken so this made the stay not that pleasant as for one night we were depending on the quality of the beds and as the sofa bed was broken 2 of the guests couldn't sleep good.
