Comfortable, clean and modern place.

Clean, cosy and well maintained. Large enough with ample space. Having two toilets was a big bonus for my family.

Stay away from this place if you value your car

It is close to the old town

We had a bad experience during our stay. We came with 2 cars and parked inside the private garage. We temporary left the second car half inside the garage and half out beacuse it did not fit. We made sure there is planty of space for the others to enter or leave the garage. We took a picture of the situation to the apartament owner to see if it is ok but they did not answer. In the mean time someone from the building scratched a big X on the car with something sharp. The car was not in the way, was not blocking anything, it was just bad intensions and poor education. The owner received a complain so they know exactly who was the vandal but decided to take the blame on us for parking like that. 100% I do not recommend this place. On top of this, the apartament is super basic, nothing stylish about it, it wasn’t even clean. We came with a crowling baby and we has to constatly wash him because the floor was dirty. Keep scrolling, there are many other apartaments on booking.

Apartment well located

Location

There were no cloths in the kitchen and only one shower with no partition. More cleaning was needed in the apartment. By the way, the garage is a bonus but only if you are travelling with a small car. I couldn’t use it because I had a mini van and couldn’t fit.

Good place for a family for a few nights

Great location. Large appartement with a lift. Very clean. 2 toilets which is a plus with 4 adults ;).

The beds are very small and hard. Didn’t bother me but my husband slept on the couch. The bathroom is functional but quite compact. The ‘cosy terrace’ is tiny and was taken up by cleaning products. Patchy WiFi.

Very nice apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It is located so close to the main square of Plovdiv. The garage in the building is great.

So far so good and glad to have private parking for our car.

We liked the area where property is located, easy to get around everywhere. The property is good and comfortable.

Didn't like the smell from small bathroom, maybe need a deep clean from the drain or washing machine. Boiler from the main bathroom must have regular check up so hot water don't stop working during guest's staying.

Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und geräumig. Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr sauber. Privatparkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und grundlegende Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Fußweg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Fußgängerzone in 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt im Umfeld. Absolut zu empfehlen!
