A great place with great atmosphere

The guy at the hotel was really the best. Really really great and very attentive. The atmosphere is very nice. The place is beautiful. The breakfast is great.

The twin room had two floors which is very uncomfortable. The bathtub has no curtain so it makes the whole bathroom wet.

We stayed at Kipi Suites for 3 days and had a great time. The welcome from Spiros was excellent and also the assistance during the stay. We received an answer to every request. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very good bed to rest and abundant breakfast with fresh and good quality products. Kipi is located in a very beautiful area in the Zagori region, perhaps the most rich in history and with a unique and splendid nature, it is worth visiting!

Idyllic stay at Kipi Suites

A fabulous stay at the lovely Kipi Suites. The staff are genuinely wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was luxurious and had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast, which is included, is really first rate with lots of choice and all fresh and/or homemade. A real treat! All in all, a wonderful stay which comes highly recommended.

Away from the tourists.........Authentic and Tranquil

Large bedroom with sitting area and great central heating making it cosy in the cold wet weather. The authentic appearance of the stone building so true to the Zagori region gave it a quaint feeling.

I booked on booking .com , just about daily I received a message from Kipi Suites advertising a resort somewhere else in Greece, this was annoying. The shower floor is wooden so not in a great condition and the dry walling behind the taps was popping from the moisture that got in. A tip to travellers in the region , there is not fuel at every village so plan your travels carefully

Exceptional

Although it was just for the day it was exceptional. We loved the location and facilities. The suite was amazing. Photos don't do it justice. The staff were very polite and friendly. And most importantly they helped us so much to decide where to eat; which places were worth visiting in such a short time. Lovely breakfast and room service. We would definitely visit again. Hopefully very soon.

A gorgeous hotel located in a beautiful village. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is a good place for exploring the area.

A really wonderful stay at Kipi Suites, in beautiful, spacious rooms. The location is superb, amazing views over the mountains and really quiet. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts did everything they could to make it a great few days. I would very much recommend a stay here and we're looking forward to going back!

Lovely location and view, shame about the dimly lit rooms.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious - in fact they were two rooms and a large bathroom. The furnishing is completely modern while the building on the outside looks traditional. We were greeted warmly and all our questions were answered in detail and with full attention to our needs. The location at the top of the village provides spectacular views of the green mountains. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and sitting outside with the view made it an absolute pleasure.

The traditional construction meant the windows are relatively small. Considering the amazing views - this is a real shame. And while the rooms are large, the internal lighting is somehow insufficient - the rooms feel dark and cavernous. Additionally there was an unusual phenomenon with the shower-whereby water-temperature oscillated between cooler and hotter - just taking a shower required constant handling. I'm sure this is fixable.

The perfect place in Zagoria!!!

We LOVED the Kipi Suites! Amazing location up in the mountains. The suits are so nice and large!! - greek country style outside and more modern inside. In addition, a beautiful shared living room. The stuff is very friendly and gave us tips for location to travel. We recommend Kipi Suites!!!

Highly recommended

Very nice small hotel, facilities very comfortable and with a nice taste, spacious rooms. It is located in a quiet traditional village of Kipoi, centrally located in the area, convenient for road trips. Excellent hospitality received from Mr Stavros and Dimitra who truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
