The resort is nestled in a serene location, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local dishes. The staff was attentive and made us feel like family. The spa services were also a highlight—so relaxing!

A great location best place for price but not suited for people not wiling to climb Bit every time

For the price it was the best option Its an amazing place We came in november so the spa was closed Kipi is the best place to stay in zaguri imo and this hotel while not a resort as the name suggests is really nice Crew was nice as well

Well for us it was no issue but there is a lot if up hill climbing to get to the rooms Also no vegan options in the breakfast Not even one I wish that booking would add a vegan friendly tag. My wife not a vegan so enjoyed everything except the uphill cli.bing

Nowhere at the hotel publication at bookings, there was written that in order to get to our rooms in the hotel, we shall need to climb 60 stairs. Nor was is stated that we can not access the hotel by car. The owner said it;s clearly weitten in the web site that this village is a Unesko herritage and you cannot access the village by car, but after carefully looking again at this publication, it's mentioned in the the small letters and in GREEK only!!! As we are not so young anymore, this was not very pleasnat and for sure we would not have chosen this hotel if we knew this in advance.

All in all it’s a nice hotel, good location - but could really improve the customer’s experience

Good breakfast, very clean.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff lacked basic customer service awareness — the person in charge saw me struggling with heavy luggage and didn’t offer any assistance. It felt inattentive and unprofessional. Additionally, the pool was very small and remained dirty for a considerable amount of time, which made it unpleasant to use. Also the pool is limited to 6 people - which could be understood but should still have some room for discretionary. Kids beds not very comfortable.

Amazing!

Everything is so lovely!! The staff is so kind and helpful, they upgrade us to a junior suite with mountain views which we appreciate so much! Confortable beds, clean and comfy and beautiful. My dog was more than welcomed. The breakfast delicious and the food from the bar as well. Kipi is close to all the hiking trails- 5min walk- and bridges, absolutely recommended. Thank you very much!
