Surreal accomodation

I felt like I was on the set of 'Dune', the movie. This place is unreal with elements of comfort and luxury at every corner. The food was delicious, the architecture stunning, the staff very helpful, and the spa was a real treat. It's in a good location and most attractions were either on your doorstep or a maximum of 15 minutes' walk away.

The music could get a tad loud at night, but I quite enjoyed their playlist

Unfortunately, I would not return. I think you can find nicer places in the area for a better price.

The room is spacious and the aesthetic of the hotel is nice. The buffet breakfast (when they serve it) is really nice but we were only able to have this once in our 3 night stay.

Unfortunately, I think this hotel is very focused on the aesthetic and not the quality of the service or the facilities. If you are not here on the weekend or peak time, it kinda feels like you don't get the same experience. The sauna and steam room were not turned on (even when requested for the next day), the pool had dirt in it and the communication around these issues and other things was really poor. This hotel has the potential to be 4 star if it improved these things and thought a bit more about the basics of the room. For example: have a place to hang your towels, a toilet roll holder, some furniture on the balcony and a way to actually control the air conditioner in your room. Additionally, our room was flooded when we arrived and we couldn't check in. So, we were booked into another hotel nearby by the staff. This was not communicated to us before arrival, so we had no choice about what to do and were taken straight to this other hotel room which we paid for ourselves. We don't expect them to pay for the room , but a small compensation like a complimentary drink or meal in their restaurant would have been a nice touch from a hotel that calls itself 4 star.

Bed bugs and zero response from management !!!

BED BUGS + Zero Response from Management Got bitten by bed bugs on my 3rd night. We are 100% sure it came from this hotel as we slept in our van before/after - no other accommodation. Worse than the bed bugs: Management’s complete silence for 2+ weeks despite multiple messages with photo evidence. Said it was “under review” then disappeared. For a 4-star hotel, this lack of professionalism is shocking. Check your room carefully. Don’t expect help if you find issues. Would not recommend!!

Hotel is dark which creates the atmosphere I guess! Bigger balcony would have been nice and preference not to be on the ground floor which has limited light - but these are minor issues - well worth considering for a comfortable stay.

As always the best !

This was our third year staying at the Life Gallery Hotel in Korça, Albania, and once again we were absolutely delighted. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the bar area in the evenings—it had a lovely ambiance at night. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of delicious, freshly prepared food, and the quality definitely matches the price. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the staff was always helpful. We did notice two minor issues: there was a bit of humidity in room 4, likely because the shower is close to the sleeping area, and the room was a bit dark. However, these were just small inconveniences. A special thanks to the manager who resolved a small issue we had during our stay quickly and easily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay once again, and I’ll definitely remain a loyal guest in the future.

The colors, moods, shadows, smelled good, the overall vibe was zen and chill. The staff was outstanding ! Every one !! We had a really wonderful time chatting with them and they all went above and beyond to make you feel welcome . The property is beautiful !!

Amazing stop on family trip

Central location in the heart of the city. AMAZING breakfast. Great bar and restaurant. View from balcony was great. Bed was fairly comfortable. Rooms were big and clean. Gym was functional. Pool and spa were awesome.

Exquisite and unique stay with excellent staff and facilities

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and styled, with all the amenities you could desire. What really made our stay excellent were the staff. Particularly Eric and George. Thanks to everyone else too!

Our only drawback was sparking up conversation about jewellery history with a waiter who for some reason didn't seem to like us much after this, despite this starting by us complimenting his ring. Unsure what we did wrong but we were left with poor service following this, despite being the only 2 people in the restaurant.

The best hotel in Albania!

We found this hotel after reading the Conde Nast Traveller guide to Albania and it was the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip. The design of the hotel is exceptional and the staff are so kind. The breakfast and spa facilities are also exceptional, as well as the room itself. Would recommend staying here for more than one night to completely unwind and recharge.

A very minor point that while the hotel draws inspiration from around the world, it would be great to see some local brands supported as well, such as the water provided being from Albania rather than Italy.

A very beautiful and relaxing vibe through all the hotel. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room is one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. Breakfast with a lot of options and everything very tasty. The spa was also very relaxing and very very neat and clean. We were traveling by motorcycle and there was a place in a small yard to park them inside which was Perfect

Dissapointing for such a big name.

I had booked a kingsize bed. we were a couple for our aniversary, they not just give me a room with two single beds, but didn’t even take responsibility and couldn’t change for another room. I didn’t find the room so clean! Hair in the shower. The steam room did not work, salt room aswell!

Exceptional location with a wonderful individual and very stylish concept, every detail is thaught of and we felt very comfortable in our room. The staff was very friendly.
