The location of the property is right across from the lake which is fantastic. The room was modern with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and kind and we would definitely go back.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, direkt am See gelegen.
Keinerlei Informationen zum Einchecken über booking.com bekommen. Und beim Hotel war niemand. Also Anruf, dann haben wir Informationen bekommen. Allerdings war das Zimmer kleiner als das, was wir 8 Monate früher gebucht haben. Wieder anrufen, und dann hieß es, wir hätten dieses Zimmer gebucht. Nach langer Diskussion hieß es, wir würden das kleinere Zimmer für 136 Euro statt 178 bekommen. Am nächsten Tag waren es dann 152 Euro, also der tagesaktuelle Preis ohne Frühbucherrabatt. Das ist keine gute Geschäftsführung. Wir wurden im Vorfeld auch nicht gefragt, ob wir das Zimmer tauschen könnten gegen Preisnachlass. Fazit: nicht das gewünschte Zimmer bekommen, obwohl es bestätigt war und das Geld auch schon bezahlt war und 2 Stunden Urlaub verloren. Nicht schön!
