Helpful staff, good facilities, lovely stay.

It was a lovely hotel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips on where to go and how to get there each day that we visited. The room was lovely, the pool and facilites were great, and the staff were brilliant. The children loved the breakfast, which had an extensive choice of foods.

The only thing that we found a little uncomfortable was the sofa bed that was given as the extra bed in the family room that I booked. Our two children shared it, but didn't find it very comfortable.

Excellent hotel

Tidy clean rooms beautifully decorated and very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was lovely too with everything fresh and plenty to choose from. Pool and spa area were excellent too. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived due to it being a Sunday after a busy Saturday night but we only had to wait around 40 minutes which wasn't that much of an inconvenience, though the reception staff couldn't be more apologetic and gave us drink vouchers for the bar while we waited, when we did check in as an extra apology the reception staff gave us complimentary breakfast the next morning plus a late check out at 2pm which was very much appreciated. Overall I couldn't fault the staff especially Ryan on reception who was extremely helpful.

Couldn't fault the hotel whatsoever and will be booking again soon.

We’ve been just after Christmas, and hotel was lovely decorated.. Lovely staff, nice food, free parking

Pool sessions are just an hour per day.. pool is not heated same as changing rooms. First nite we couldn’t enter a bar, due to miss-info; at check in being told that we need a reservation for a restaurant only.. but, in room service was fine. We had a family room and on both beds were two different mattresses, carpets need really good deep cleaning.

The reception staff were amazing and very helpful. The property was very pleasant and modern

I had a very poor experience at the river bar located within the restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for my food to be ready to only be refused once its ready due to one of my colleagues trying to speak to a member of staff to get some sauce. An asian manager named dev was very patronising and spoke very rudely towards me and my colleague demanding us to not speak to his staff. This was not the first time he was rude as we experienced something similar the night before so we challenged him for his behaviour towards us and instead of apologising, he went on a power trip and said he will not serve us food even though it was ready and sitting on the counter. I have never experienced such hostility in my life but after speaking to a few people i have learned that is how hes been treating guests and other staff members without any consequences. I will definitely be staying away from the hotel if these sort of people are still part of the company. This isnt your cheap end of the accommodation and to be paying a good money to be somewhere decent and get that treatment is beyond acceptable.

The swimming pool & leisure centre staff were lovely. Very helpful.

We asked for ATM at check-in and were told we'd get one in town. There's one in reception we didn't notice till we got back to the hotel. Also when we came in from night out around 12, sober. We said good night to two male reception staff we were ignored. The kicker about this is they have a tacky sign at reception with their names on it to give them a review that they're sooo good. I'll refrain from using said names.
