Lovely loverly owner, had great chit chat with her, really enjoyed speaking with her. Cozy silent room. Perfect location. Parking space right around the house.
Two things probably can be improved.
First toilet seat needs to be fixed.
Another - modify information text. Owner can be communicated through WhatsApp. It will can potentially reduce frustrations.

Friendly host, willing to accommodate even though I booked at last minute.
Parking is interesting and not intuitive and the entrance is a bit difficult to locate.

there were no staff working, there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
