The hotel was a 11 min walk to the Chester Cathedral. The spa facility was really nice to have at the end of a busy day. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Parking convenient.
No air-conditioning and the rooms were really hot during this heat wave. No room service and food stops being served at 8:30pm. The bathroom needed a deep clean. Parking was £12/night. No mini fridge.

Staff were lovely. Bar area was nice and great location.
Room was dark dinghy and in need or modification. No air conditioner in room. Small fan provided that was thick with dust. No fridge in room either. Mattress had a dip in the middle so was like sleeping on a ramp. The base of the bed that the Mattress sat on was all stained. Room faced out onto main road, traffic noise all night. We stayed in room 331.
