Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed for a last minute trip! Room was clean and comfortable, with WiFi included. The door system was great for going in and out easily. Great location, within walking distance of city centre and uber was available too.

Affordable, close to train station and short walk into Chester centre, easy access with fob system, friendly and polite staff. Bed was comfortable.
Very dated and basic, bathroom was very small and had a mysterious leak from behind toilet that ran into the shower so we decided to avoid the shower, bath mat was dirty. There was a musty smell throughout main hotel and in bedroom.
