Clear directions on how to access the disk for building access. Code for the door didn't work initially, contacted the property and they updated the code online right away and then it worked.
There were concerns over the location of the building (Woodstock) and security etc but I found it easy to access, felt very secure in the building and this corner room was quite.

The place is cold and I asked the host for more blankets but got blue ticked ..
The accomodation didn’t have a mop , the showers clogs
Also the waterfront view is actually a railway view

Everything, it was cozy and comfortable.
The security at the door, was not friendly, he didnt give clear instructions and couldnt be bothered wether or not we found our apartment key or not.

we were 15mins early - keys were not in lock box as cleaner was still cleaning - but host arranged to let us in - was not an issue
balcony door was difficult to lock
no coffee or tea sachets at least for the morning would have been a nice gesture
