The location is perfect, central, and close to everything CPT has to offer, which is within reach. The host is a great espectional communicator from key pick up to drop off, she is reachable

The views are lovely. The space and look and feel are good.
The windows were dirty. A slow drainage issue on bath and kitchen sink, seems to be a unresolved plumbing issue other reviewers have mentioned. The floors were a little sticky when I arrived. Primary bedroom bathroom light not working and there's mould starting to form on the walls in that bathroom too.

Appartamento in un ottima posizione ,vicino al parlamento ,una vista spettacolare sulla città e sulla montagna di Cape Town, spazioso con due camere e relativi bagni.
Palazzo un po vecchio ,porta di ingresso inadeguata.

The mountain view was nice.
The stay was just okay. The elevator cover was not clean, and the oil heater didn’t help much as it was quite cold. The self-catering setup could be improved, there was no dishwashing cloth, no mop, and no big bowls available.
