The whole apartment and everything was near us we didn't struggle with anything

Keine Info vorab erhalten. Keine Reaktionen auf Emails und Nachrichten bei Booking. Erst am Tag der Anreise kurzfristig Kontakt gehabt. Bin Froh, dass wir überhaupt reingekommen sind.
Kommunikation im Vorfeld fand nicht statt. Auch nach der Anreise wurde zögerlich und schlecht kommuniziert. Anfrage nach zusätzlicher Karte für Eingangstür an Rezeption oder frühere Anreise und das Handling bei Abreise wurden nicht bearbeitet.
