The location was great. Checkin and out was easy, and I felt safe staying there. Thanks.
The place is in need of a little maintenance. Shower door is missing and some of the fittings are barely hanging on the wall. But not deal breakers, just little things that can improve.

Welcome text message to my phone from the agent was addressed to somebody else.
I was given an incorrect code to the lock box for the key. It was a challenge to contact the agent to obtain the correct code.
Apartment was quite small (20 sqm). Advert stated 45 sqm - I was promised a discount if I visited again
No outside balcony or BBQ facility as per the advertisement
There were no bathroom toiletries like shower gels and hand wash liquid - received on day 3 of my stay
One of the legs of the desk chair had a nut missing and the the leg gave way upon sitting on the chair - received a chair on 3rd day of my stay
Wifi was poor - new wifi system provided on day 3 of my stay
Mattress was not comfortable at all - and made a crunching squashy noise every time I moved in bed.
Socket for the plug needs to be repositioned as it was not possible to use it.
It was not possible to insert the UK square pin plug into the square pin socket. South African adaptor was not working for square pin either. Issue resolved on day 2 of my stay.
Toilet seat was very loose - fixed on day 3 of my stay
