The lift is rather slow. What matters is that it works.

I think a much bigger bin in kitchen is required. Supply more coffee/tea and sugar otherwise don't bother. The hot water in the shower got used up very fast and I don't think it would have been sufficient for two adults. Advise about the breakfast downstairs. I had no idea there was one until the day of departure. However overall host was on the ball, genuinely keen to assist and room was well equipped for a comfortable stay.

The hotel nice and quite area

The room 401 I booked on booking.com wt the balcony braai facility.... Was not available wen checking in I was placed in room 407 the receptionist told me I must take it the property Mr. Dean which I did I was given stories regarding this... Bt my proof of booking showed different wt a huge dissapointment really, the 4th floor itself it's dirty looks like nobody vacuum their for along time on top of all this nonsense the we were placed in 407 no shower door it was off broken completely 😞🤔🤔 cockroaches comes out wen I was cooking 💀💀 I send him a video telling him about he never replied to the video clip over wts up bt I did inform the room service lady their was no toaster I wts up him regarding wt happen to the toaster he said hell drop of 1 for me I told him I won't be held responsible for the toaster if it's report stolen which was never in the room 🤔🤔🤔 no coffee or tea condomments available wt a shitty stay... Thee receptionist told us about the 4th floor she not gonna involve her their it's not with wink hotel, it's operational under private property management which is Mr Dean.... Very very very very dissapointed really and I did ask about a other room availability no reply so sad.... Every month I book us a trip away bt this was really 😞😞😞😞
