I think a much bigger bin in kitchen is required. Supply more coffee/tea and sugar otherwise don't bother. The hot water in the shower got used up very fast and I don't think it would have been sufficient for two adults. Advise about the breakfast downstairs. I had no idea there was one until the day of departure. However overall host was on the ball, genuinely keen to assist and room was well equipped for a comfortable stay.

The hangers and ironing board. The close proximity to the CTICC.
The area from the lift to the room need to be vacumed.

The 4th floor is dirty and there are no cleaners There are also people sitting around on the floor outside the rooms They’re eating on the floor and leaving their mess on the floor
No bin bags Cheap toilet paper No cleaning sponges or clothes in the kitchen area Leave at least 2 sets of towels for a 3 night stay Not enough crockery … only one cup provided
