The property is nice, the garden is lovely and the idea of it is very good. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner agreed to use the kitchen. This was necessary because I saw in the description that there was a BBQ area but this BBQ area does not include any water, kitchen appliances and a fridge so it was nice that the owner said it’s ok to use the things from the kitchen in the house. If the property is cleaner it will be pleasant for staying.

The swimming pool was very dirty and didn’t have any security profile - you have to be very careful around it, the jacuzzi was out of order and dirty, the BBQ area was dirty too and didn’t have any fridge, kitchen appliances and water. There was an unpleasant moment when someone woke us at 5 o’clock a.m. - the house is in the Main Street.

Bad value for money, would not come back. Tiny room, no hospitality, no management. Got locked out.

- The property is new - but describing the rooms as 'deluxe' is a bit of a joke. - They accept dogs, which is the the reason we went there.

- They experience started out bad - the first thing they do when they do when you check is to ask you to sign a protocol listing the towels, pillows, etc, stating you assuming responsibility. Certainly not a friendly greeting. Then, on a separate protocol, also ask you to sign for stuff in the yard, which is even weirder, since another guest could damage something there. - Then it got worse. We were locked out and had to CLIMB over the fence at 1 AM - even though we specially said we are going out and would be back late and warned that we need to able to get back in. The explanation that they gave for this problem was that the property is new and they are still figuring stuff out. - Owners / managers were not on site at all - only the cleaning lady, who was supposed to take care of everything. - Rooms are rather small (3.2 m by 2.8 m - we measured) and weird. Our room had an erotic painting on the wall above the bed :-D. The wardrobe is just tiny. - Some of the details they list for the property are clearly not true - the room is listed as 20 sq.m., and it actually 9 sq. m. No kitchen, microware or minibar, even though they are listed. We asked about a common area and the cleaning lady said we can use the barbecue in the yard. - Parking is not 'private' as listed - you park at the square of the village. - No breakfast or any hospitality you usually find in a Villa's like this. - At checkout they go in with you to the room and check whether you stole anything. There is no mini-bar, so I guess they are worried about towels?!? In any case, a terrible way to send off guests, very soviet.

Leider gar nichts. Pure Enttäuschung

Fehlende Sauberkeit. Überall lag noch der Dreck von vorherigen Gästen. Das Personal hat uns mit unangemessenen Verhalten empfangen. Komischen Anmerkungen wie „Ah ja ich hätte euch extra berechnen sollen“ obwohl wir eine Nachricht über unsere verspätete Ankuft geschrieben hatten und die Antwort war „Kein Problem“. Es gab keine Badetücher oder sonstiges. Auf unsere Anfrage hieß es mit Augenverdrehen „Naja muss ich mal sehen… Habt ihr keine eigenen dabei?!“ Das Heightlight waren die toten Insekten, stinkendes Badezimmer und das wir am nächsten Morgen nicht mal die Unterkunft verlassen konnten, weil das Tor abgeschlossen war und keiner uns irgendwie vorgewarnt hatte. Wir mussten über die Mauer klettern, da auch keiner ans Telefon gegangen ist.
