Clean Staff friendly and always ready to help Good location with town down the road

No kettle Shower - head doesn't attach to wall and curtain is finicky. Curtains should be abandoned for doors. A/C ineffective.

The location was good and there was a convenient parking

The staff was a complete mess. They had our reservation mistaken and when I went to reception to show them we booked different rooms they started arguing. They told me that I needed to call them after I booked the room on booking.com. When I told them that i booked what I wanted and they had it wrong they told me the next time I should book directly at reception :) The rooms look clean, but everything works like a magic there. There was no hot water and the reception told me that it's normal and i should wait 10-15 minutes and it will come eventually :) The typical hotel where no one cares for quality :( Overall for the price we paid it was OK, except the staff :)

Good ubication. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast is not at all as in the photos. If you ask for juice you have to pay for it separately. Breakfast staff was not nice. Rooms were noisy. Hotel was not what it looks like in the photos.

Nice hotel for short stay.

Nice hotel, very good location, staff was very helpfull. Breakfast has very limited options. Rooms are large enough.

I have tried to call the reception before I arrive to hotel to information I am going to have late check in. It was not caused any problem but it is strange nobody pick up the phone.

Fair stay for the money I spent.

It was centrally located of the Gabrovo city. the hotel had good lunch options. This hotel was cheap - so if you need a place to stay it is good value.

The breakfast was not good. Don’t even bother to buy them. You can only have 1 option - meaning one meal option (which is not enough for one person) and 1 drink - either coffee or juice, not both :D Also air conditioning was not working, it was veeeery hot in the room.

Superb

Friendly and helpful staff! Kids loved having their separate bedroom, which was unexpected. Organized breakfast at a great price. Location was close to centre and easy to get around.

The room was operated by the entry key card, so you could not leave the AC on to cool the room down while out. It was a very hot time of year so not ideal, but not terrible.
