Nice and welcoming stay

Very friendly staff and owners. It was very clean. Very good location. Value for money! Free parking. Great welcoming touches likes little cakes and fruits every morning waiting for me at the coffee machine

Just two minor details. The smell coming from the drains in the bathroom were pretty strong, but that problem is in a lot of places in Gabrovo. And the bed is not bad but also not great. But definately is good for a couple of days

Is the first small hotel where it's offer free water. This is excellent, especially for foreigners who don't know the city and the language and they just want a glass of water :).

A really nice place to stay with lots of character.

I loved the interesting and quirky room. Lots of space, lots of things to look at. Comfortable bed with choices in covers. On main road but quiet. Parking. Lovely breakfast each morning. Friendly hosts ( even though we had to use Google translate!) good spot to walk to restaurants.

House hunting trip

Staff were friendly and polite. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Own private parking at the rear of the property.

Rooms were pretty basic, and there were no easy chairs. There was too much light coming through thin curtains. Breakfast was similar every morning, not enough healthy food. Rooms didn't seem clean.

Passing by Gabrovo/Etara

The house is charming. The design is very well done and it creates a nice vibe. The location is good too, right in the center of the city. The host is great, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is good too. We occupied four rooms in the house, all of them were very nice. We would stay again if we go to Gabrovo in the future.

Overall a great experience.

Great location, the place is just 5-10 minutes walking from the bus station and also the city center and all the major city attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was big and extremely tasty. Last but not least, the room was really beautiful and well decorated.

One thing I didn't enjoy was that the room I had was facing the boulevard, so it was quite noisy during the day. Also, the curtains were not thick enough, so it was too sunny in the morning, which made it hard for me to get enough sleep.

it’s okay to stay for a night.

The guest house is located in a pretty convenient location. the room was spacious, quite colorful tho 😄 Bathroom was kinda small and too wet.

my only issue was the bathroom - it’s small and there is no door to the shower part so basically everything gets soaking wet when I tried to take show. also I’m surprised there are still hire facilities that don’t change the toilet paper between the guests. we were not informed when the breakfast would take place so just woke up at some point and the food was already on the table for quite long and it was cold.

Bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned properly, smelled of urine. We thought it was the drains, but ended up cleaning it ourselves. (as it was the middle of the night). Once clean, no more smell.

Excellent family run hotel.. just love it there

This is a lovely guesthouse and not far from the centre. The room is very spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super but laid out too early so the fried eggs are cold but everything else was amazing.

The only fault was with the cold fried eggs. The table is laid out for about 7.30is we did not eat until after 8.
